Acabo de ir hace unos 10 minutos, me lo quito una señora y me hizo mrd, nunca me habían hecho un corte tan culero el mi vida, todo trasquilado, como es posible que tengan personas que no son capaces de hacer un buen corte oh por lo menos un corte pasable de por gusto el curso que toman, me acaban de arruinar el pelo pésimo

Fuimos a cortarnos el pelo Gio at capelli beauty salon mi madre y yo. El servicio al cliente es excelente, pero solo le pedimos que nos cortara las puntas del cabello, sino que las cortó en capas y no pedimos capas. Mi madre y yo solemos alisarle el pelo. Y nos habíamos entero cuando terminamos. Alisar su cabello hace que algunas partes con ella del cabello sean desiguales y no de la misma longitud, aquí está la prueba con la foto, estamos extremadamente molestos. Estoy especialmente molesto porque tengo que ir a la escuela con este pelo. Te voy a mostrar una foto del pelo de mi madre. ¿Hay algo en lo que podamos resolver las cosas porque mi madre y yo estamos extremadamente molestos por el y hemos estado yendo a él durante unos dos años y esta es la primera vez que esto sucede? We had a went to get our haircut by Giovanni me and my mom. The customer service is great, but we only asked him to cut the tips of our hair instead he cut them in layers and we didn’t ask for layers. Me and my mom usually straighten her hair. And we had found out when we finish. Straightening her hair does some parts with her of the hair were uneven and not the same length here’s proof with the photo we are just extremely upset. I’m specially upset because I have to go to school with this hair I’m gonna show you a picture of my mom’s hair. Is there anything we can work things out because me and my mom are extremely upset about the and we’ve been going to him for about two years and this is the first time this has ever happened.

Llevaba tiempo llendo a este lugar a cortarme el cabello todo super bien el maneger súper profesional pero un día un tipo me corto el cabello y me trasquilo todo mi molestia se ISO evidente eso ase unos meses el día de hoy 13 de mayo voy a cortarme el cabello a lo que hizo me pregunta que por qué le avía agregado una reseña pues como no agregarla el servicio no me lo IVA a dar gratis IVA a pagar y hoy pues se negó así que lo profesional se te quito Giovanni mientras te paguen por tu trabajo aslo y cuando sea de gratis pues ni como decir algo . Así que disculpa pero no pésimo tu servicio compadre .
