I purchased the Thriving Full Body treatment as an anniversary gift for my wife. I searched several places that offered body wraps and chose Girl on the Go Wellness Spa. Mackenzie did a great job, but a body wrap was never performed. When I inquired about it, I was told that the website’s description referred to a body wrap performed with linen. While I appreciate the thorough massage, I feel that this description was misleading. If I knew that my wife would be getting a regular massage, I probably would have gone somewhere else. My recommendation is that you call to ask the details of your massage before booking.

I had the opportunity to work with Mackenzie who completed the signature facial on me. It was such a relaxing experience and she was so thorough. I really appreciated the client education she provided and her overall kind demeanor.

Simply the best there is. I’ve been coming to Dana for all my skincare needs for 15 years now. I’ve watched her build this adorable little spa from the ground up, all while continuing to to provide the best service to any and all clients! Dana is wonderful to be around; polite and bubbly every time I see her for a facial! Every time I leave Dana, I have a healthy glow to my complexion and feel wonderful overall! I cannot recommend this spa enough!

From the moment I stepped into Girl on the Go Wellness Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and cleanliness. Dana took my daughter and I to one of the session room. After a thorough examination of our skin, the she recommended a deep moisturizing treatment for me and an exfoliating treatment for my daughter. The attention to detail and personalized care we received were truly exceptional. The deep moisturizer left my skin feeling incredibly soft and hydrated for days. It was exactly what my skin needed to restore its natural glow. My daughter's exfoliating treatment was effective for my teenage daughter, leaving her skin looking fresh and rejuvenated. Dana is knowledgeable and skillful, and passionate about her job and her spa. We both left Girl on the Go Wellness Spa feeling pampered and refreshed. Dana went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our visit. We can't wait to return for another day of relaxation and indulgence! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a right treatment for your skin but also mother-daughter escape from the stresses of everyday life. I can't wait to return!

I realized it had been about 3 years since my last facial and saw amazing reviews on Yelp from this place. I logged on and scheduled an appointment - the earliest being about two and a half months from the current date. Not ideal but hey, i thought it was worth the wait. Then, happily, I received a call saying there was an opening during the same week. So happy to have gotten in so soon! I had a custom facial from Dana. She immediately made me feel welcomed and calm as we talked about my skin needs. She took such great care and I appreciated the balance of easy chat and quiet moments throughout my 75 minute facial. Now, the results...12/10 definitely would recommend. Hands down, the best my skin has ever felt after a facial. When I left the salon, my skin was glowing. Throughout the day, my skin continued to feel better and better. As I washed my face in the evening I couldn't believe how smooth and hydrated my skin still felt. I have found my new salon and esthetician. Yay!!

This is a fantastic spa! I had a body treatment with Dana and it was a fabulous experience. The ambiance and aesthetic of the place was so pleasing. It was clean, serene and very relaxing. Dana has a great personality on top of being a fantastic aesthetician. I loved my 90 minute session with her and would highly recommend!

I purchased a gift card for my mom on Mother's day. I called towards the end of May to schedule her appointment but was very difficult to get ahold of anyone and left several voicemails before I finally was able to talk to someone on the phone. They weren't very flexible with scheduling my appointment. So I was placed on a "waitlist" that was only about 2-3 weeks from what I was informed. I called back around July (My mother's bday) to check on the status and once again it was very hard to get ahold of anyone. Someone reached out to me after a few days and again weren't able to accommodate my mom into their schedule even though it had been long past the wait time I was told. I then asked if I could get a refund for the gift card I purchased so I could try to find a different pace where they can accommodate to our schedule needs. It was denied and again was told someone would reach out to me once they had an opening. After never receiving a call/email I called again on September and was told that there still wasn't any openings for the days I had requested. At this point I was very irritated since this was suppose to be a Mother's Day gift and she had not yet been able to use due to their lack of flexibility. I had to ask my mom to request a day off work and booked her into their next available day during the morning. She was pleased with the service on her day of the appointment. I had asked that they use that gift card at check out to cover the cost including gratitude but instead was charged to my credit card. It has been about two days and I haven't received the refund to my card. This whole experience was extremely disappointing and inconvenient . I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have a more open schedule.

I’ve seen Dana for facials since about 2015, she is very knowledgeable, thorough, and warm. Her spa looks and smells so relaxing and I always love the way my skin feels after one of her custom facials to help with dryness.

ery clean, really cute comfortable space. The building is nice, and the spa is easy to find. Plenty of parking all around on the street. Really enjoyed the Herbal Renewal treatment. I was so relaxed after, and I got to take home the herbal poultice!

I received a gift certificate for this spa, and I was very impressed. The ambience was good, the owner/provider was very professional, and the quality of the service was outstanding. The pandemic has resulted in the loss of some services as the business has adjusted to continue, and this is unfortunate. But, overall, I highly recommend. The costs are high, but I think the quality is also high.

I've been going to Girl on the Go and been seeing Dana for over 5 years. I recently went for the first time since the pandemic, and I was very impressed by how seriously Dana takes all the precautions. It was a safe and very clean environment. And of course, Dana (who's the owner and also my provider) does a fantastic job with my facial. I always get the custom and let her do what's best. She knows her stuff, gives amazing facials, and is an all around fantastic human and business woman. I don't trust anyone else with my face/skin care. Thanks Dana!!

The atmosphere is aptly setup to envelope your senses upon entering. I felt a calm, clean and serene, inviting vibe. It was my first time there. Dana is comfortable to be around, knowledgeable and in tune with people and their skin. It took a while to get an appt scheduled but that just made the experience more of a special gift. Finally, I felt my facial was fully beneficial to my skin and I came away feeling revived for 1-3 days following my facial, which was exactly what I wanted +reduced redness! 5 stars.
