I arrived late to my appointment, my fault. I told them I wanted a dip manicure, but when I sat down they said that my appointment didn’t include time for extensions. I wasn’t asked that when I made the appointment. I was only asked what service and I said dip. And then they called back to ask if I had anything on them. Issue with communication. I left.

I really wanted to love this place, everyone is so nice and professional. Why is it then my gel mani will chip in less than 24 every single time?! The first time I went back to fix it and after fixing it did last for almost 2 weeks. Lots of time wasted but what are you going to do. This time around I got my mani done one day before leaving for a trip, it’s 24 hours later, I am away already and 4 of my nails are chipped. I am so annoyed. As much as I love supporting local businesses I don’t see myself coming back.

I had a manicure done by Jennifer. She did a great job at cleaning my cuticles. It’s a cute spot and not like your usual nail salon. I definitely recommend stopping by.

Been coming to this business for a year, every 3 weeks. Loved my lash artist, loved the results. 3 weeks ago I came and was told she wouldn’t be doing my lashes because she was out that day. Had someone else. Nice artist, lashes looked good when I left. They all but fell out within a week. Went back a week and a couple days later , paid FULL PRICE again to have them redone. A week and half later lashes are super sparse again. Went back, my usual artist again wasn’t available to do my appointment for me so I was put with someone else again. Paid FULL PRICE again. Was told they needed to know if these lashes fell off early again because it was important for them to know. Today went back. a week and a 3 days 75% of lashes gone again. I was told I would not be given any discount and I could pay FULL PRICE again today. I was told they had to throw away the glue they used to use because it was old and they were using new glue. Could this be why I’m having problems with lashes staying after coming here for at least a year with no problems and now the lashes are nearly gone after 1 week? Is this something I should have to return 3 times in a month, spend hours each time from my day for a fill, and pay $300 for one month worth of lashes that don’t even stay on? The next reason I was given was that it is too humid in their lash salon and that my lashes my have stayed longer before when I had my typical lash artist was because she was the only one with a dehumidifier at her station. If the problem could be with the locations humidity or lack of control of it, why does the client have to pay the price and return to pay for another set in a week? None of these reasons made any sense to me as to why the customer has to pay again versus the establishment fixing the problem. I was told if I called them before 48 hours they’d make right on it because that is what it says in the contract I signed when signing up to get lashes well over a year ago. I have always gone 3 weeks before fills so why would I be back after 48 hours? I just assumed the lashes were going to stay like they always did. I was also told I wasn’t the only one this is happening to. Guess it will take losing a bunch of customers before this place will do right by their customers and offer either refunds or new lash services with glue that actually works so they’ll continue coming back. This is truly unfortunate because I liked my lash artist and thought I’d be a long term customer here. Bottom line, this business made a change that is effecting the quality and longevity of their usual service being offered and the customer is the one having to pay the price for it. Adding a photo so you can see what a “Volume Fill” looks like immediately after my last appointment and after a week and a half of daily lash fall out.

Everyone here is super friendly and the manicures and pedicures that I have gotten here have been perfect. They're very meticulous about the nail shape and the cuticle work. No smudges, hang nails are other imperfections left.

The CUTEST beauty shop! Had my eyebrows threaded by Christina, she did an amazing job and also took the time to show me how to fill them in so they look natural & full. Everyone was super friendly as well. I can’t wait to go back sometime to get my nails done, it’s seriously the cutest shop!

Excellent service! Sometimes we get nervous going to an apprentice, this is not the case here. Patsy is amazing and does a great job training her team. Andrea does a wonderful job, attentive and patient.

First time here and I received the lash lift. I didn’t even want to wake up I was so comfortable I know Andrea felt me twitch lol. Anyways beautiful place and I’ve been wanting to come in, just by luck I won in a raffle. Will be coming back for more services. My lashes look so beautiful during my lash extension break :)

I have been having my lashes done for years so I have a lot of experience to pull from. I recently started coming here for the last few months. My Lash tech Drea is wonderful. She listens to the type of style I want to go for and ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I am always getting compliments on my lashes and get told that they look so professional and I let them know that they need to come see Drea so that she could make their lashes beautiful. Keep up the amazing work Drea!

I love love this place, Andrea always makes me feel beautiful with my lash extensions. She is so accommodating, she always offers me something to drink and makes sure that I am comfortable throughout the entire process. My lashes last longer than any place I have ever been before! These extensions were so amazing she always surprises me with a new mixture, either classic or hybrid which I love!!! Andrea has the best personality! She is so sweet and talkative and it truly makes the time fly by. Overall, I have not one bad thing to say about my experience with Andrea and will definitely be coming back! I have not tried the other service but I definitely will, this place is super amazing! I definitely recommend this place and Andrea to everyone!

I went in to get my wedding dip nails taken off by Brea. She was incredibly sweet and did a great job. She filled off the tops too my nails would but have to sit in acetone for long. They even have a smart technique of giving you a paper towel in the warm acetone bath to help you rub off the gel for faster removal. While I don't get my nails done because of the cost of upkeep, I inquired about prices (which are very fair) and will definitely consider going back.
