This is the best salon ever!!! I had the pleasure to have Elizabeth work on my hair, the staff is so polite and make you feel welcomed. Elizabeth explained what she was applying to my hair and talked me thru every step, she gave me advice how to properly take care of my wavy hair. She did a beautiful balayage and haircut on me. I got a toner and gloss and my hair has never been this soft, pictures don’t do it justice! I’m so happy with how it turned out! Overall the best experience ever, this will be my new favorite salon! Prices are fare, the experience is overall amazing!!

THIS PLACE IS TOP TIER! Diet Soda in the wine glass?! Yes. Very nice atmosphere, my haircut was great, and I’ve never gotten so many compliments before. If you’re a guy, and want mad woman on tip I would recommend coming here. Go to Asha!

Amazing experience at Gisoo salon- from the moment I walked in the door, to the actual hair cut, just fantastic customer experience. Good vibes- lots of stylists and assistants on hand. I got a men's haircut from Brandy P- Brandy is the BEST. I have been getting my hair cut by Brandy for over four years, and I am so happy she is now at Gisoo. Brandy really knows how to style and cut someone's hair based on their own set of circumstances. I have a tricky head of thinning hair, and she has helped me navigate new styles... I don't even live in Charlotte anymore, but I drive over two hours every couple months to get my hair cut by her; not only because she's great at what she does, but she is a solid person... Brandy picks up conversation where you last left off, you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I can't say enough positive things about her, and am really pleased with Gisoo overall.

I love getting my hair done here. The atmosphere at Gisoo is warm and welcoming from the second you walk in. The staff is nice and helpful not only to their clients but also to each other. I got my hair done by Liz recently, and I loved it. She was so sweet, took her time to listen to what I wanted, and answered any questions I had.

The woman that cut my hair was amazing. My hair has been falling out since I had my daughter in July. She has been in the hospital ever since , she just under went open heart surgery at Levine's children's hospital. My hair was falling out in handfuls so it was time to cut it off. She was so amazing and so sweet, I love my new cut and feel like it looks so much healthier!

My experience with Brandy was one of the best I’ve ever had with a stylist. I came to her with one of my oldest friends who really needed a pick-me-up and pamper day after a rough year and a very long time since her last salon treat. Brandy was patient, kind, and attentive and that’s just the personality part. Her skill was impressive. My friend opted to have her long hair cut into a stylish lob, and Brandy made her look 15 years younger in 15 minutes—and the color is so beautiful. 2 hours and she feels and looks like a new person ready for a fresh start. Brandy will be recommended by me forever, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the sparkle she brought back to my sweet friend’s eyes. Wonderful across the board.
