Fantastic first time experience. Gissel was kind and very thorough. I wanted to keep as much length as possible but with Gissel's knowledge and expertise she made me feel comfortable effort to cut a little more than initially expected. After seeing the final product she made the right choice. 10/10 recommend.

Gissel did a fantastic job on my first ever balayage. My hair is naturally black, so I was apprehensive about getting balayage done. She was really kind and patient as the process took 5 hours. Gissel is the place to go to get a professional hairstyle.

Gissel is the sweetest and most welcoming girl. Called her today for a haircut and she made time for me, and I truly appreciate her time and wanting the best for everyone. I showed her a picture as to how I wanted my hair to be like, and she made it into a reality for me. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a beautiful haircut or even hair color. Gisselle does an amazing job with hair color and cuts . She definitely knows what she is doing and she provides wonderful hair treatments to make your hair feel and look it’s best . She is very responsive and dependable. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family .

I booked an appointment for hair and makeup Apr 4th. I was contacted via text message and was told they are booked but then received an email confirming the appointment so I assumed the availability has changed. Today, 24 hrs before the appointment, I received a cancelation via email. Clearly this puts me in a terrible spot because most other places are booked up on such short notice. And I am left to figure out hair and make up for tomorrow while travelling from out of state. I do not recommend this business.

Made my first appointment with Giselle. Recently moved to ElPaso, I called based on her positive reviews. She was an absolute delight. She took my hair and made magic. Listened to my concerns Made the decision based on my length, type of hair and face shape. Washed Cut & Blow out. Very knowledgable & professional. I am beyond happy. I moved to El Paso 6 years ago and finally found my hairdresser. I have very tight curls and Gissel did a good job with my hair treatment. I recommend her 100%. I wanted to get a Brazilian blowout but due to my curls she added other treatments. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. Definitely recommend her.
