Waited to day before to cancel appointment. Unfortunately I didn't get any text messages or phone calls from this company. In which I have proof, unless she was calling the wrong number. The emails I did receive did not have an area to confirm the appointment, or any information on how to do so. I can easily show proof of that too. called and left a message to see what had happened, prior to this post I have proof of that. I hold no hard feelings towards her. She probably does do great work.

Going to G.L.A.M by Katrina is truly an amazing experience! I’ve been for facials as well as eyebrow waxings. My skin was in dire need of some refreshment. Receiving facials from Katrina feels like a true retreat from the real world! The space is very warm and inviting. Katrina is very attentive and professional! She is literally THE ONLY PERSON I trust to get my face together!

If you haven’t experienced Katrina’s services, you should! Her salon is always really clean and welcoming. Her waxing services is top notch as well. I’ve also had the privilege of experiencing her makeup services. My photoshoot came out beautiful as a result of her makeup application. She also has her own skincare which I’m now addicted to!! It literally has my skin radiating!!! You have to have the GlambyKatrina experience!

Katrina is one of the most professional and thorough at what she does. She takes her time and explains the process to you and how she is going to do it. I used to get my brows threaded but found her style of waxing much better without all the pain. I would highly recommend her services

Katrina provided professional makeup services for a portrait shoot of mine, recently. Not only were the faces so perfect my editing was minimal, she is so much fun to work with. My clients loved her. She is wonderful to talk to, she is professional and pays attention to all details of her services. I felt like I had someone supporting me and my small business that I knew I could trust.
