No tengo absolutamente nada malo que decir, nomás me gustaría poner mi experiencia nada malo. Pague más de $2,000 y luego me quedo así el pelo por 250 gramos de extensiones 26” y así me quedo el pelo. Es solo mi experiencia no tengo nada malo que decir. Cuesta $90 para remover las extensiones o cambiarlas a más obscuro y está foto es solo menos de una semana después de ponérmelas :)

Zero stars would be more accurate. Booked an airbrush make up appointment and hair with plenty of time. Paid the deposit and the week of our special event the appointment was canceled with an explanation of "Unfortunately I'll be out of town that week." No apology. Barely an explanation. To me, that was super unprofessional. I wouldn't ever feel confident that this "business" will be available for your special event. Lacks commitment to their clients. This ruined a part of the event for us as no other alternative was available in such short amount of time.

Lisa the Nail tech does an amazing job. I have a hard time with my nails that always fall off before i even get a fill. But with her idk what she does that my nails have stayed on no lifting. Amazing service everyone always very nice and welcoming

Marbella did a great and fast job in my eyebrows. She confirms shape, color, and symmetry to the face, making them look thick and youthful. Framing the eyes naturally and beautifully. Staff is very kind, polite and professional. I highly recommend it!!! Thank you Marbella!

Marbella always does such a great job on daughters makeup for all her special events. Today she did her prom makeup and it definitely did not disappoint. It was a thousand times prettier than the makeup look she asked for. She is truly an artist! If you haven’t booked here, you need to! You will be happy you did.

Lessly Rangel is welcoming, accommodating and professional. My eyebrows have thinned over the years and her microblading service left my eyebrows looking fabulous! Maribel has done my hair for a few months now, and it has never been healthier. If you want great service, this is the place to come to pamper yourself.

Didn't really enjoy my pedicure... hard seat to sit in and there's only one pedi station I believe. You definitely couldn't bring a friend or niece if you wanted to. The employees there look stuck up and full of fillers. Run away from this place!

Flew in for a wedding from Chicago. Got my make up done by Marbella and she did an absolutely great job. Make up lasted all night. Maribel did my hair for the wedding. She did a great job. I then went back to get a Brazilian blowout which I loved. Cristy did my nails. They looked great and everyone loved them. I honestly loved my experience. I will be going to them everytime I fly into ELP. Great Job Ladies!!!

Had a really positive experience with Marbella & Maribel. They accommodated me, my mom, & my sister last minute for a wedding we were going to be in & they did an amazing job on all 3 of us! The atmosphere & vibe is really inviting too. I love the decorations & even though it looks small from the outside it's pretty spacious inside. Highly recommend this place for airbrush makeup & updos. Not really sure about all the negative reviews but you should definitely give them a try for yourself & try to remain in constant communication for appointments they can be really flexible if their schedule permits them to be 💕

I had been looking for quite a while for a good salon with microblading. Marbella came highly recommended to me. It was easy to schedule an appointment and was able to get in within less than a week. Marbella is very professional, explains the process step by step, and answered all of my questions. She did an amazing job and my eyebrows came out perfect. Will definitely follow up in a few months for my touch up. Highly recommend.

The first time I went to Marbella beauty lounge was last year (I dont live in El Paso) I had my eye lash lift and tint done by Marbella herself. I actually liked her service and recommended my sister go and do her lash lift and tint with her which she has been doing. I came into El Paso again to visit family and decided to go with Marbella again. Marbella came up to me while i waited for my appointment and asked what i was there for, so i told her lash lift and tint, she asked when was the last time i did this so i mentioned last year, then she replied to me in Spanish that i need to tell her in Spanish because she doesn't speak English. I was confused because when i did my first lash lift and tint with her she spoke to me in English. keep in mind that i do understand the majority or Spanish and can get by with basic Spanish however, i am not fluent in Spanish. So the whole hour she had another girl translate for her because she refused to speak to me in english. I honestly do not know why she was acting this way towards me directly. I called my sister after leaving to ask her if she ever did that to her and to clarify that i wasn't making things up in my head that i knew she knew english. My sister said she speaks to her in english all the time she has gone with her to get a last lift. I dont know what she had personally against me and why she was rude to act like she couldn't communicate to me in english and for this reason i would not go back to Marbella beauty lounge.
