Fantastic pedicure, the best I've had. If you want to treat yourself get the glam pedicure, worth the price. Staff is friendly and the facility is super clean. Highly recommend.

Jenny has done my nails a few times now and they are always consistently great. They last a month without any chipping, breakage, nothing. Honestly, could have gone longer but wanted to change the color. Thanks for doing a wonderful job again and again! Decided to try dip with french this time.

Im New to the area & im so happy I found this nail salon. Very clean, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Very professional staff, accommodating, and pleasant. I go to Hallie and I always love the outcome of my nails no matter what design I choose. She does a great job with shape, design, & execution.

Review update: I stand by my original review, and also...Just had another great visit with Helaena who did some magic 🪄✨ with the gel hybrid, tips, and black French/celestial design. She was very attentive and just all around lovely. I have been to Glam nails at least a half dozen times now over the last couple years, and I am never disappointed. ☺️ Original post: The spa was gleaming, spotless, and somehow didn't have the noxious fumes you often smell when walking into a nail salon. There was a quick check in process on a tablet, but the staff also quickly greeted me and got me situated. I got a gel pedicure (basic pedicure) and dip manicure with a flower design. The tech was completely attentive and focused on my nails and had a gentle touch. My nails came out absolutely beautiful. Very happy with my experience and the finished product.

Glam nails and spa did an INCREDIBLE job with my nails for my wedding day. I asked them to do a French nail ombré with dip powder and they knocked it out of the park. And they stayed perfectly for 2 weeks before I had to have them removed for work. Excellent service, clean amenities and a friendly environment. I highly recommend them.

I had high hopes for this salon, but not only did I not get what I wanted, I allowed her to talk me into something that I knew wasn't right/true (the trch said I couldnt get a fill in with gel-x I had to start over). I got my nails done sometime last year and didn't want to post a review because I figured I'd never go back but it isn't fair that you pay your hard earned money for a service and get a run around instead. The nails were bulky, bumpy, not the color nor the style I wanted, and they ended up breaking. The cuticles look ate up and it already looks old. Some of the nails aren't even shaped correctly. No that isnt a lighting issues, its the nail thats crooked and bumpy. It was a very rushed job and she could tell I wasn't happy but she persisted in doing the job. Luckily, this was her last day at this place. Maybe she moved on to a different salon. I was so upset afterward I cried. In the picture, they don't look too bad but in person and up close, just awful, and it's not what I'm used to. Luckily, I've found a place where I go regularly in MOCO. It just seems like I couldn't find a decent place or they were unclean by my standards, IMOO. Lesson learned and will advocate for myself to have a better service and get what I want, but it sure is a hassle. I can't find where I can put a photo of my nails, but if I manage to find it, I will. Edit: I have placed my credit card receipt and photo of my nails from that day since they refuse to take ownership of poor work ethic and poor customer service. In fact, it was this year that I came to your salon, not last year. It is/was my hope that you all see this post and do better. A lot of honest, hardworking mothers, professionals, etc, such as myself who pay ALOT of money not only to get their nails done but also to make a short escape and relax. I hope that you all can do a better job of taking your time to do quality work vs. a quick rushed job that no one's wants and certainly doesn't want to pay for. I didn't want to make a post, but I thought, why should someone give me subpar work, and I have to fit the bill for it. Well, now we're here being petty. When you know better, just do better... please. have a great day.

They greeted me from the door. The environment is calming and serene. My manicure and pedicure (super relaxing) went well. I did the Organic Spa with Nancy, and Jenny did my manicure. I will come back. Also, it's not overcrowded. I do suggest making an appointment.

Had a very unpleasant and horrible experience here. I had done my nails with Jeeni previously at another salon. I texted her to make an appt and told her I needed a refill dip manicure and she that’s fine. When I get there she says they don’t do refill for dip so she started a new set, which I was fine with. I made it clear I wanted the same French I had which was very natural colors. She proceeded to do my nails, she didn’t show me any options for the base colors. I didn’t want to say anything but I was so unhappy with the French color it really looked awful, see picture for reference. After I asked that I want it to be removed, the boss and another lady came up so rudely to say it will cost $20 dollars to remove and I said it was fine I will pay for it. She then again soaked my nails for 20 minutes just, removed the dip so aggressively and angry at me. I have NEVER HAD such bad customer service. JUST TO BE CLEAR I AM PAYING FOR SERVICE…. It’s not free! And in the end she said I have another appt and didn’t do anything for my nails. Jenni was so rude, inpatient and completely unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time making an appt with her or at this place. Just look at the picture, would you really get this French dip, cmon ladies you can do better!

I get my manicure 💅🏼 from Hailey she amazing . I bring a picture in hopes she can do the same color / style she always gets it done. She very sweet and very helpful I would recommend anyone if they want a great manicure to stop by.

Response to owner: I don’t owe you an explanation for my review but will provide you one as I know you were not present. Both my mom and cousin heard the conversation I had with the employee on the phone as she was on speaker phone. My mom was just there on 7/31 for regular manicure and was not charged the $10 for gel removal. The employee said ‘sometimes we forget to charge,’ which speaks to the inconsistency. The employee did laugh when I expressed my concerns. As to your statement about fairness, the reviews provided were fair but the overcharge was not.

Terrible service! They charge what they want without letting you know first and then they laugh in your face when you confront them as to why you were overcharged. Don’t waste your money or your time! Do not recommend! *EDIT: You all need to stop gaslighting your customers. We heard what we heard and there was definite laughter on your end. Just because you make a lame attempt to reassure, with your automated bot reply, that no one laughed doesn’t suddenly mean it didn’t happen. It DID happen, point blank period. So on top of not being transparent with your clients regarding charges, you laugh in their faces when called out on your shady business. There is no consistent transparency because my aunt was not charged for gel removal only a week prior and suddenly today you charge without even giving a heads up before it’s done. You lost business with our family. Good luck with that kind of customer service, or lack thereof.

made an online appointment with Dan for dip powder manicure and a regular pedicure at 9:30 in the morning. When I arrived, not one person said good morning or hello. When I arrived, Dan was there, but I was sent to a different technician. Jenny called me over to her station said she would be doing my manicure, had to go back and check what my services were. She took me to the pedicure chair was very abrupt, not welcoming, not personable. After the pedicure, she brought me to her station. She got up and told me to follow her and left me to gather my belongings, my pocketbook, shoes, while my hands were in gloves with acetone , removing my prior manicure. Her station was cramped in a corner behind all of the nail polish, which made it very difficult for me to get into the chair. She did not assist or ask me if I needed help. She just sat and waited for me to maneuver my way into her station. She used the Dremel tool to file down my nails and my cuticles. All of my cuticles are now sore, raw, and burn when I touch them. She did not engage in any or in any way, make me feel welcome or wanted. I felt more like a number than anything else. she rushed through my manicure which has marks in it. She saw them and continued on anyway. She put a gel topcoat on which I did not ask for and did not want. I’ve been coming to glam for over a year and I’m thinking maybe it’s time to find a new salon. This was not the first time I felt this way, but I’ve always had a good experience with the technicians. After today, I think I will be looking somewhere else.

May I say, every glam girls desire in one location. To my greetings at the door to the moment of me leaving; I was cared for, was never left unattended, and was cared by an amazing young women care during my visit. She was quick to listen regarding my desires of a style and am in more surprised about her character overall. I paid for a new set for a new job which for a same day visit was practically impossible for a grate rating location but the team was amazing. I can’t wait to go back because one things for sure, my husband noticed the delight of service and refuses for me to treated less and for that, it was worth every bit of the money spent.

This was my first visit and I was extremely impressed! Kevin did a great job with my pedicure and is very friendly. The salon is clean and everything was very nice. I certainly will be back!

I sent my girlfriend in to get her nails done with 2 of her friends and they did a god awful job. My girlfriend’s nails had gaps, and the nails that were put on were not shaped correctly or accurately. Both friends said they felt like their service was rushed to just get it done. I tried to email them through their page and the “contact us” section does not work. Would not recommend going here.

Love this salon! Went here yesterday for the first time on a recommendation from a friend and I will be returning. Clean and modern atmosphere, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Great overall experience and I recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nail salon.
