I love Glam Parlor! See Mackenzie for on-point brows! I have fair eyebrows so I have them tinted - it’s a great way to define my brows and still look natural. Also, I love getting my lashes tinted so I don’t have to wear mascara! #WokeUpLikeThis Highly recommend!

My daughter received burns from her eyebrow wax today from Larissa and was advised to wash her face when she gets home and apply neosporin. We’ve never been advised to use neosporin but it made sense later! We did not fully notice the burn marks until the redness from the rest of her eyebrows faded and the marks were very visible. I called and left a message for the manager to please call me and never received a call back today! Horrible service and customer service.

Candii did an amazing job on my brows! She took time to explain everything she was doing and each step she was taking in the process of filling them in. She is a true expert. I was in and out in an hour, too! Will be back.

I have been a client of Mikayla’s for over a year. She is wonderful! Extremely professional, meticulous, and reliable I tend to have a busy schedule and she always manages to squeeze me in when necessary. We do wet set extensions/fills and they look amazing.

My girl moved and now the place is awful they called me telling me I was late when I wasn't supposed to be there till the next day. Then that day, they called Saying. I was late again when my confirmation said I didn't need to be there for a 1/2 hour, so they canceled my appointment. I will not be back there EVER.

Needed my lashes done STAT! My regular had a family emergency. I waited so long to do my lashes because I wanted them fresh for my trip to italy. Glam Parlor was able to get me in. Place it nice and so was staff. Although it was a nice place, I hated my lashes. They were to short to the point where you didnt even know i had my lashes done. The lashes were noticeably different lengths. One eye looked more filled then the other. They started falling out after the 1st day and within a week half of them fell out. Even my husband and frends said this is the worse my lashes have ever looked. By all accounts this is my first time there and if u go here maybe you have a regular that does great but for me my experience was trash.

I came in for just a lash removal. Connelly was my lash tech. She meticulously did the service while maintaining the integrity of my lashes. I really appreciate the time she took to carefully do this. I can tell she is very knowledgeable of her craft. When I want to get lashes again, I’m going to see her!

I tried Glam Parlor for a hybrid fill, initially the fill seemed weak but I thought I’ll just adjust with the artist on the next visit. However, 4 days later I lost 75% of the lashes, I’m not new to extensions. When I called back to discuss my situation, I was told I was outside the time (3 days) to have them corrected. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Ive been going to Glam Parlor for over 2 years now and I love them! The parlor is very clean and all artist make sure to sanitize between clients. The reception staff is also always very friendly. I love that booking here is an easy process and how upbeat and jolly all the artists are. I definitely recommend trying them out! They also have reserved parking for their clients which is a plus! Brook NEVER fails to make me feel so good with every fill! She is LITERALLY the best!

I’ve been coming to glam parlor for a few years now and they are the best. Brooke does my lashes perfect every time. She cares about giving her clients exactly what they want and is knowledgeable about lashes. I’ve never left here disappointed. The girls at the front are awesome and they are super accommodating when it comes to getting the appoint time you want! This is my go to place I won’t go anywhere else!

Decor was nice, price was very reasonable but I did a refill with Brooke and her job was terrible. I spent an hour there and she only did half of eyelashes refill.. Constantly leaving and not focusing on her work. My eyelashes came out terrible and I had to go to another person to fix them. She glued eyelashes in the middle of my real lashes so they were going all over the place. Never coming back. She said she had 9 years of experience but she did a job of a girl just leaving school. Not recommended at all

Update: so I changed my stars from 1 to 5 stars because minutes after posting my experience, Rhonda the manager contacted me and apologized for my unfortunate experience. She reassured me she would fix this problem with the technician and offered me a complimentary removal and a complimentary full set and she got me in for the removal within the hour. Thank God for her quick response. This was the worst experience ever. I asked for a very very light classic lash and I specifically asked her not to put the glue bonder that they normally use after placing the extensions because I'm allergic to it. She said she was going to do her best because she needed to pick up her boyfriend from work in an hour and a half. She ended up doing the complete opposite of what I asked. She put very heavy Hybrid lashes and she used the glue at the end after I asked her not to do it. She said she only put a little bit otherwise my lashes would fall in a couple of days. I was so upset! Not only did my lashes look horrible but she also used the glue! I ended up telling her to remove 80% of the lashes and she kept pinching my eyelids with the tweezer. Now my eyes are swollen from the glue I asked not to use and I have marks on my lids from the tweezers. Now I have to pay again to have the lashes removed! Waste of time, money and unneeded pain. Never going back!

Update: I haven't come here in a while but needed to today and had a 45 minute express fill appointment with Kristy. I must say that Kristy was kind and did a good job on my lashes, however I am changing my previously 5* review down to one due to the rude attitude of the receptionist. She berated Kristy twice for running into another appointment while she was still finishing my lashes. We got a little bit of a late start (10 minutes, I was fine waiting) and then the chair wouldn't work, the button would not move the chair down into a bed so that was another 5 or so minutes we couldn't start. When we wrapped up, I made a comment to the receptionist that the reason my appointment went over was because it started late and the chair wasn't working, to which she was nasty and gave me attitude. I hope she reads this: you don't treat your coworkers and your customers like trash, especially when paying for a high end service. I would only go back to see Kristy if that rude, miserable receptionist wasn't there. My first time getting eyelash extensions was at Glam Parlor. I was nervous but Courtney made me feel at ease and gave me the most beautiful eyelashes! Everyone who works at the salon is so kind! They really set the bar high when it comes to safety, cleanliness and precision. As long as I'm loving in Vegas, they have me as a client.

I have been going to this place for a while. The girls are nice. The glue holds…. Ok. But they have always treated me well. HOWEVER today, I was asleep after my graveyard shift like normal, and they canceled my appointment on me because I didn’t respond to their text message! They claimed that you have to respond in order to get your appointment. NEVER HAVE I EVER had to respond before, and now all of the sudden because I’m asleep because I work graveyard they cancel my appointment?? Go somewhere else where they treat everyone equally and don’t implement insane policies where if you’re sleeping they cancel on you.

I literally love this place. Got extensions for the first time! I was so nervous but my girl was so helpful and understanding. I can’t even lie my lashes look so good I keep getting so many compliments. Definitely coming back!!

I’ve been going here since July and I’ve always loved the lash techs I’ve got but today I came in for a hybrid fill and usually fills are supposed to be 1 1/2 hrs for me but the lash tech Patricia I was with didn’t even take an hour , ripped out several of my lashes , and I left with less lashes then I came in with and with lash glue on the bottoms of the lashes. So disappointing!
