Ms. Smiley was amazing and I love the high-key black woman power of the atmosphere . from not only customer service but the customers followed suit. I love a good girls girl energy, I felt at home I will be a loyal customer .

I been going to glamorous hideaway for the past few months and wen I tell you smiley customer service is amazing she make u want to return wit all the great service in this salon i got my nails and hair done at the same time witch was amazing because I was running late to a wedding all service was amazing I will be returning nothing but good vibes in this salon you will not be disappointed

This salon is everything!!!!!!! My nail tech is very clean, professional and I love the atmosphere it is very warm and welcoming….They offer wine and refreshments and free wifi…..The decor is very elegant…I’m always all smiles when I walk out feeling like a million bucks!!!!!!

Very comfortable environment they welcomed as soon as I walked in with a complimentary wine and some snacks that got me right there I wasn’t waiting long but while I did wait it was a good wait talked laughed like I knew the whole shop but it’s I vibe make sure yall check them out

I loved my experience at the glamorous hideaway!! I felt very comfortable and relaxed getting my nails and toes did and the vibe is everything and the outcome of your service is top tier. 10/10 definitely recommend coming to get service by these providers. You won’t be disappointed !!!

To all males looking to please there women! This would not be the shop to visit. I sent my wife who paid $150 for her nails and toes only for them To fall off in less than a week. She was willing to redo but then again they fall off in a day. Unacceptable especially for the price or acrylics. Wasn’t willing to refund at least half. Please believe me when I say this is not the shop for you. She even stated this happened to others!

i went and got my nails done and in less than a week they were popping off like press ons. she charged me $120 for my bails and $30 for my toes. i called and told her the nails are coming off so she redid them and the same thing happened but this time in 3 days. i let her know the same thing happened she apologized i asked for half my money back for the nails due to the fact that they did not last a week when i paid and now u redo them they didnt last nothing but 3 days which is highly unacceptable. she said no and offered a free pedicure. my toes are fine but now i dont have on the nails that i paid for bc they pop off like press ons. i do not recommend i will not be going back. it was a waste of time and money. and she charged me her freestyle price when she didnt even freestyle my nails she copied a picture that i showed her the only difference was the length. she used different rhinestones bc she didnt have the ones in the picture. its a rip off and she is over charging for work that does not last the quality is terrible. i am so upset about my nails.( the first pic is what i asked for the second pic is what she did and the third pic is the redo popping off) (she charges $30 for just a polish on toes there was no foot soak or rub no pedicure options)

Smiley is so professional, fast and thorough! My nails are always so cute, no matter the length! The fact that she accepts walk-ins is a plus for me because of my schedule, I need that flexibility without sacrificing a deposit for not showing up!

Enjoyed My Visit With KlawedbySmiley ! I got “The Duo” with Freestyle Long Nailz& Acrylic Toes 💅🏽 Her place of business is so professional and the aura is so peaceful/decorative. Her energy is so humble and patient. I literally told her the colors I wanted and she took it from there ! I enjoyed her pedicure so much — what stuck out to me was how her massage foot spa was so warm and relaxing!!! This visit brought “Self Care” to a whole level ! She snapped on my nails and toes! My experience was amazing! She communicated the entire time and was very understanding. I love my nails & my pedicure was WELL NEEDED! she almost put me to sleep but she's very welcoming & took her time during services. 1000/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
