My first time here and extremely disappointed. I do have sensitive skin but never bleed, wasn’t even compensated for it. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES. Will not be going back at all.

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded on 10/01. It was my first time here, it was recommended by a colleague. I hadn’t had them threaded in over 3 weeks, from a salon I had been going to for years . She verbatim asked “do you want to keep them full”. I said “yes, just a clean up, and trim”. When she was finished and held the mirror up, my draw dropped. It looks like waxing from 2010, they are SO THIN. I’m in shock. Not sure what a “clean up” means to this place, but would not recommend.

Very rude behavior of two of the employees. They made me wait for no reason. One just left the area without acknowledging me even after having seen me. The other Attended extremely lengthy personal phone calls and left me at the work chair without any note. This is what happens when the employer delegates to employees and there is lack of supervision. It was so bad that fellow customers observed their rude behavior and asked for them to service me.
