I have been to this place 4 different times and Rose has been top notch with my pedicure. However I have not received good customer service from Iris. I have made appointments with her and the 1st time she had me waiting for over an hour without an apology. but today I gave her another chance and still she had some one in the chair, never said anything to me about the fact that I made an appointment. she then told Rose to go and get my pedicure done and she would complete my service for the nails. when we finished she had some one else and could I come back later on...????I haven't been so humilted in a place of business. I can't believe that this happened. Ps I also heard the 2nd lady say Thanks for taking me in!!

I’ve been to the nail salon a few times and never had a problem. I went for a fill-in and pedicure. My nails were Allman shaved when I went in and I said I needed them cut down a little and the nails on my hands are all rounded and different lengths .. Also, the gel was put on patchy and lumpy it was lumpy and some spots. Also, the topcoat wasn’t put fully on the nails and it wasn’t cured fully. Now I have lint sticking to the nails and some of the color is already coming off. It hasn’t even been 24 hours. Overall, it felt like my nails are being rushed, which is why I think my nails turned out bad this time compared to the others.

Mrs Rose is beyond a nail tech! She is a surgeon when it comes to giving pedicures. She really helped me out with my feet, and I won’t go nowhere else. She go beyond for her clients, thank you Mrs Rose.

I recently got my nails done, they’re beautiful!! Everyone is super kind and respectful here. The new owner is a sweetheart and makes sure you’re comfortable (she only asks if you want snacks or something to drink) also a huge bonus is that they’re very fast! Beautiful nails done in a short amount of time? Amazing! I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to 8 locations but this one has to be my favorite one.

The cutest shop, with really nice staff. Enjoyable experience, and i loved the interior design. My nails are super cute, and great pricing.

Nice people but the service and the salon are not among the best ones ive been to. Its very very OK! I will probably give chances to other salons than going back here.

Rose is my Nail tech she is the bomb. This is the third salon that I have followed her to. I highly recommend her. But I really don’t want too many people to come because you might take my spot. But anyway, she is fabulous.

This is the first nail salon I’ve been to that has a massage chair! Cindy did an amazing job on my nail fill. Once she was done, I moved over to the massage chair for a 15 minute back and neck massage. I will definitely be returning!

Kyle was phenomenal!!! We came in for our daughter (11 y/o) and her pedicure was amazing!! He was so kind and professional!! Her gel polish on her toes and fingernails stayed on longer than any other place we have ever gone!!! 4 weeks on both!!!!!! 100% recommend and now back for our second time!

I take back the good review. Every time I go there something is always wrong. No quality nail techs these days. My nails have so many bubbles in it and did not have the energy to even say anything because I don’t want to come off as problematic. It is a hit or miss for me. Looking elsewhere

Selena did an excellent job with my Nails. She was compassionate and considerate of my requests. When my dip powder nails came off in a week, she did all my nails without charging, even though there were only a couple of nails she had to fix.
