The female owner that does nails seem to be very pleasant but when you ask for a correction she becomes very rude . I asked for French and the pink was too pink for my undertone. When I said it was too pink she slap down on the table and speak her language to the other workers in my face. She arrogantly speaks rudely all the time about individuals and you can tell because her body language signifies it. Most times she does a great job but consistent customer service is key. All other staff is great. She wears the pants in there and doesn’t mind showing it.

I was recently disappointed in service. I noticed prices was different for same service due to customer. A $10.00 different form three week ago. This is not the first time same service but different price from advertised. I also noticed a difference in greeting due to races. I am not the only previous customer noticing this. Just the one to say something.

I went in for a dip manicure for the first time. The older lady who did my nails was nice, but she must be the boss because she was very distracted with everyone else. The attention to detail wasn't there because she would forget to clean the powder from under my nail, so now it looks dirty. For my manicure, the only thing she did was cut my cuticles and put some oil on them at the end, to which I had to massage in myself. Also, I was never offered a drink like the sign said; I didn't see it until after. My nails look decent, but I won't be going back.

This used to be my favorite nail salon. The last 3 visits I had were not so good. After the third disappointment and the rudeness of my nail tech I decided to take my business elsewhere. The lady with the short haircut did my nails and feet. My polish looked frayed at the nail beds it looked like the nail stickers you buy at Walgreens, and my gel toenail polish cracked after a week…during my manicure I attempted to explain the nail shape I wanted and she responded sharply explaining that she wasn’t done shaping my nails, and kept an unwarranted attitude the entire time. They have some good techs there. Theres a lady there with blonde hair and she is a sweetheart, she does an amazing job however, I will not be back.

Took my daughter for her birthday. Called to schedule appointment a few days before and said something about it was her birthday. Anyway, we get there and they had balloons and birthday cake with candles lit! Played the happy birthday song on a microphone and really surprised us! Got me and my 2 daughters Pedi and Mani done quickly even tho it was busy. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Assuming the pedicure was 35-50 bucks depending on the French tip it was decent. I really thought this was my to go to place for nails but after this visit I will not be back. Total 110 with French tips and a overlay. I left with little bleeding marks on two fingers from my cuticles. The filing job was so rough that my skin is peeling around my nails. I’ve been here multiple times before and I love that they honor reservations but my manicure was completely rushed and made me very physically uncomfortable from pain. I’d recommend depending on who you get your service from but woman with short curly light brown hair yeah it’s just a no for me and a replaced customer

So I took my little sister here after checking their website for prices which needs updated apparently something that would have cost about $25 each cost me $55 each for them outrageous prices I would have never gone here had it said kids manicure full sets same price as adults 🤦🏻‍♀️ Never again

The prices advertised online are not the same as the ones posted inside the shop. Instead of paying $28 each for me & my fiancé’s manicures, I was charged $80 FOR CLEAR GEL POLISH. In addition, the nail tech cut my cuticles down so much that my finger was bleeding and is still very sore. Once she “finished” my nails, she didn’t clean them up or offer any lotion. Did I mention that my fiancé had to wait 15 minutes for someone to start his manicure even though the shop was empty upon arrival? At least 3 tech’s walked past us without saying a word to him. BUT as female guest entered the shop they were greeted & IMMEDIATELY began servicing them without hesitation. Was it because we were 2 men? Hmm. What was suppose to be a relaxing time, quickly turned into a disappointment. & a money pit!!!! As a business, it’s completely unacceptable.
