Fui a cortar mi cabello solo hasta los hombros y le dije a la chica que lo tengo chino que tuviera en cuenta mi cabello estaba hasta la cintura y me lo corto hasta arriba de los hombros y le reclamé que ese no era el corto y como toda una déspota m dijo que así l había dicho salí molesta y aparte me cobraron 38 y todavía tuvo el descaro de preguntar si dejaba propina, fue la primera g la última vez que voy ahí no les recomiendo en absoluto

I went in to possibly use their services seeing the high reviews. No one greeted me at all. I sat for 15 minutes there was a lady at the reception on her phone. I walked out because no one greeted me so I didn't feel welcomed

Went there yesterday to get a haircut and was seated with a stylist right away. All the staff was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely be coming back.

I don't recommend this salon because they charge me $35 just getting hair wash and blow dry!! I asked the lady how much is the hair wash and she said $10 with 2 mins of thinking and I asked her so $25 blow dry? She said yes! And she asked me if I want to buy this shampoo or that.... Won't go there anymore

We were told that it will be about 1 hour wait. We waited over 1 1/2 hours and still waiting. One the stylish took other customers ahead of us. The other stylist has been working on a girl’s hair for all this time since we got here. The customer service is bad.

Yo no recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto. La dueña de ahy no es profesional la primera vez que fui ahy le estaban planchando el cabello una de sus empleadas y yo apenas iva entrando con mis hijos ya tenian el sign de OPEN su comentario asia la señora que le planchaba el cabello fue primero yo luego ellos. 😠 y pues lo mejor que ise fue irme. Hoy mi esposo fue y la tal caro no sirve en lo absoluto para cortar el cabello mi hijo salio llorando de ahy porque el corte que le dio esta horrible!!!!!!al parecer no sabe que es un mid fade y no cortar nada de arriba la otra ni se diga. No se esmeran para nada pero para andar de voladas ahy si asta le hacen acaricias y risas y risa con ellos. El unico que si recomiendo es Eduardo el si es profesional y se esmera en su trabajo y hace y te da ideas de como se te vería mejor. Pero la dueña no y esa tal caro.

OMG! The lady who did my hair was so awesome! We couldn’t understand each other so I showed her a very short 2 seconds clip of someone (front only, no back hair view) but she was able to do the same exact haircut while minding the hair length that I prefer ❤️ I am so happy with it. The people working at that time couldn’t speak English but they were so patient and nice with us. I really love my experience here so my mom and I decided to book for another appointment 😊 the haircut with blowout price was SUPER affordable compared to other overpriced salon. We will definitely be a regular here.

Waited an HOUR to get my haircut 💇‍♀️ took like 1 hour and 30 minutes for her to finish my hair. These were the final results. She didn’t cut my hair right. She left it uneven and left long pieces of hair. Do not recommend to get a bob here especially for the waiting situation. *Can’t post a picture*
