Best nail salon in Springs! Been going to Tuyen for over a year and she’s amazing, always pays attention to my specific requests and pays so much attention to detail! Highly recommend!!!

Call before you go as they often aren't open the hours that are listed online even if you have a scheduled appointment. Disappointing to say the least. Needed acrylics removed to take out infected piercing. Now have to wait even longer.

Quinn did an amazing job and I love my nails! She was very kind and took her time to make sure I got the nails I wanted. I got a simple long acrylic with rhinestones. This is what I showed her vs what I got!

Dawn & Quinn were my technicians and they were both wonderful. Dawn was very personable and experienced. Dawn gave me a paraffin pedicure and her foot and leg massage was very relaxing. Quinn did a full set with gel manicure and was very gentle and meticulous. Quinn is very talented and cared about my satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

The owner and the 2 employees who did my nails and toes were so incredibly sweet, kind, and quick. They talked to me the entire time. I love when I can get my hands and toes done at the same time. My daughter had a fun time too. They suggested colors too. They really care about you and your experience.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt well taken care of. Staff were super friendly & easy to talk to. I felt so safe & relaxed. I felt comfortable to tell her if I didn’t like something & she made every accommodation necessary to get me what I wanted. Thank you Glamour! I will be back 💅

I got my nails done today, and I showed the lady who was doing my nails what I wanted. I thought I was clear about the length I wanted them…. I wanted them longer but they are very short. One of the attached pictures is what I wanted but the other is what I got. I would say I’m a pretty loyal customer to glamour and I intend to keep coming back, however I’m not pleased 😕

Came in with a group for pedicures the day before my best friends wedding- it was nice of them to accommodate such a large group, however the woman who did my pedicure did a horrible job. I paid extra for a hot stone pedicure and she didn’t massage me at all with the stones, just rubbed the stone on the top of my foot the entire time (on the bone, lol it wasn’t enjoyable at all or how you massage a foot). She also didn’t scrub or do any of the callus removal I paid for, only used the little electric file that you buy at like target. Then to top it off I upgraded to gel polish, and as you’ll see in the photo she did a horrible job polishing my toes and left polish all over my skin and flooded all of my cuticles with it. It’s less than a week later and most nails are chipped/peeled off because she flooded my cuticles. Paid $70 for the worst pedicure I’ve ever seen. (Photo was taken in the salon, right before I left)

I like this salon. It’s clean, the staff are friendly and their prices are reasonable. I like to have gel polish on my toes rather than a full pedicure. If I remove it myself at home , they only charge $25 to put it on

I love Quynh so much! She’s been doing my nails for over a year now. Tuyen is also fantastic. Those two make me laugh every time I go in for a manicure.

I’ve been going here off and on for probably at least ten years, and at least monthly for over a year. I’ve never had a bad experience. The services and pricing are great and everyone is very friendly and kind and the pedicures are the BEST! Very relaxing atmosphere!

My experience here was truly terrible. The woman giving me a pedicure became angry when she could not upsell me with extra services, then was rude, argumentative and did a terrible job on my pedicure. Polish on my skin, but not covering parts of my nail, no filing of nails after cutting, she leaned over and got her shirt pressed against my wet toes and then dismissively told me they were fine and slapped another coat of clear on top. The technician was truly unpleasant bordering on nasty, all the way down to ripping the toe separators off my feet and shoving on my flip flops. Save your money and go elsewhere so you can actually enjoy your expensive pedicure! Update: called as the owner asked and never received any response. I notice the same cut and paste response goes out for all of their terrible services. Stay away!

Quinn, whose name I am spelling incorrectly, was amazing. She brought me back to my old pink and white (powder) acrylic nails I used to get on Long island before moving here, the classic french long square nails that were big in the late 1990s and early 2000s. I got exactly what I asked for and they look beautiful and very as strong. I am very trendy and have been experimenting with all kinds of reverse ombres in multi colors but was missing my old fashioned french. Not only did she know what I was talking about but she knew how to do it! An added bonus was that she is very sweet and communicative and you get to know her! I will be coming back.

Very disappointed with overall quality. Dip nail has dent, not cleaned up around nail bed or top of nail. No manicure. Pedicure seemed clean but paint job was very sloppy. People are nice but finished product is very bad. Not a $100 well spent! 🫤
