I had an appointment at 11 o’clock. That professional did not get there until nearly 1230. She washed my hair. She did not do a good job with washing my hair. There were still grease and she asked me why did I have so much grease in my hair. She proceeded to Install my extensions when I asked her for a net she had an attitude with me because I knew that my hair was sensitive and then at the very end of it she put two bundles in my hair and she took half of my bundle she stole half of my 20 inch hair extension bundle and told me that my hair was bad hair. I completely do not agree with the services that I’ve rendered at the salon I tipped her over $50 just off of the principal however, she is a very snooty disrespectful person and she feels entitled as if we owe her something and we’re trying to get Business from her . I will never come here, nor would I recommend any of my friends to this business.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my business was conducted. I asked for my hair to be washed. She did not properly wash my hair. I still had grease inside of my hair. She stole the bundles out of my hair. She made me wait in the extra three hours before my hair was actually done. I’m very disappointed with the service and I’m requesting my money back and I’m also going to the Better Business Bureau and also filing a complaint with this the state of New York.

Complete disaster! I spent 95$ for my birthday nails which were chrome nails. Stated on her website, chrome does chip fast. Cool, because it started chipping the same day I did it. Now the 2nd day, the chrome was completely off. I was frustrated & I texted the nail tech to know. Clearly, I had a misunderstanding with chrome chipping because she said even it coming completely off is what she meant about it chipping fast. She agreed to give me a new free set. Which I definitely appreciated. However, I let her know in advance what I wanted and we agree to 10AM next day. She starts my nails @ 10:10 and tells me she can’t do the design I want because we don’t have enough time and she has to leave at 10:30…..anyways, she gives me a new design. Which the stuff came off same day. I couldn’t bother going back. Quality is cheap. She rushed so bad on my new set. You can still see work from the previous set. So the second pic is my nails now. This I how i spent my birthday/ vacation. I’m truly frustrated! Did not get my moneys worth.

BEAUTIFUL DECOR and most definitely glammed up but staff doesn't appear inviting. I stopped by on several occasions and looked in, walked in and no one ever bothered to engage me in any conversation. No one else was in the shop and the staff seemed not to want to be bothered with a new client. They need more professional presence and a more welcoming vibe to match the excellent decor and work that they put into the shop. I would of loved to invite my girls to have a spa party, they have the perfect vibe but doesn't feel welcoming.

I got the basic facial by Tish and it was amazing! The spa is beautiful, the staff is friendly and the overall vibe is relaxing. Tish was very professional and the facial felt amazing! I went on my birthday and felt special. I will recommend this to everyone!

Great experience overall. From the consultation to the actual microshading procedure, I was pleased. I was a bundle or nerves but Christina was able to answer all my questions, offer realistic expectations and was so supportive along the journey. I am so pleased with the service rendered.
