I love this salon. I have been a client of this salon for many years. Monique does my haircuts, and Victoria does my hair. I like that this salon has many Russian speaking hairdressers, and if someone doesn't like that, they can go somewhere else, for example, to a Chinese salon, where they speak to each other either Cantonese or Mandarin, and try to tell them that they "have no idea how to behave in US standards". Keep up a great job!

The whole experience was great and easy. My appointment started on time, the hair washing experience was pleasant, Monique was literally divine and has given me so much confidence, and the champagne was an added bonus. My hair looks healthy and silky I'm so happy

My favorite and truly the best place in Brooklyn for facials and hair care . Have been using Irina for facials for years, and it's always top notch! They use the best products... biologique and MBR. Jenny is amazing with color and always gives the best blow outs! The whole staff is super friendly, and I love coming in each month .

I had a great experience at Glamvie. The staff is welcoming, friendly & more than accommodating. Rosa colored my hair and I can't say enough about how great I think she is. She's passionate about her work. She listens and goes over everything in detail. You never feel rushed or unheard. I had very damaged hair and a lot of grey that grew out. She chose a beautiful color that brought out my eyes and complimented my skin tone. A professional through and through. Tatiana cut and blew out my hair. She did a beautiful job. I also learned a lot from her and hope to implement the tips she gave me at home. You know all is well when your husband thinks your hair looks beautiful 🥰. I'd like to give a shout out to Elizabeth. She washed my hair and helped with the toning and glazing process. She also gave me the most relaxing head massage! Thank you ladies. You really were the best. A great & much needed splurge day. Blessings to everyone at Glamvie!!

I will write a negative review only because from the moment I walked in I fell in love with this place. I stayed a few years as a loyal customer, but unfortunately can’t continue to be the one after my last visit. Salon Glamvie demonstrated an unusual atmosphere of glamour and class, taste and a feeling of being welcomed. Each hair stylist that I have tried had talent and warm customer service mannerism. After a short absence, I have returned to my favorite salon in Brooklyn, but found it changed. New person who was coloring and cutting my hair, Victoria disappointed me so much, that I want no more using Glamvie. She does adequate work, but her manners or complete absence of it made me regret I had come in. She has no idea how to behave in US standards, using Russian curse words, left me in the chair in the middle of the color process, went to talk to her colleagues, doesn’t give instructions to a wash girls, other hair dressers had to call her to come in and check on me. No one understands or listens to her talk, because she speaks Russian, but for those who do understand, Glamvie loosing its charm. I write this as a friend to this salon and want to help the owner to see and understand what is going on , especially behind her back. Please keep Glamvie the way it always was. Thank you for everything! Your loyal customer.

Amazing salon. It's an all female salon. So, if you wear a hijab it's perfect for you. The stylist did an amazing job with my hair and my mom's. I loved it. Recommend not 5 stars but if I could 20. Seriously, amazing staff and punctual. Try it and you won't regret it.

Glamvie is a one stop shop for beauty and grace. They have impeccable colorist, hair dressers, estheticians and massage therapy. They carry the most up to date products that nurture your hair and skin. All of the staff are trained in the most recent hair care and skin care. They truly listen to what you want and achieve your desired look. The salon is clean and always accommodating. Personal recommendations are Rosa for hair color and Elena for haircuts. I have used others as needed and have always been super pleased
