Be careful with Emily Narváez she’s a liar , she I’ll make you lose time I scheduled an appointment with her for Saturday at 4 and she couldn’t make so we changed for Sunday at 10:30am and I received a message from her telling me she I’ll be there at 10:45 am and to confirm her that I’ll be there so I said yes later on she send me a message telling she I’ll be at 11 and never showed up I told her I was her she never answered !! My daughter just recently got lash extension from this location and it appears the tech doesn’t know what she is doing. My daughter is a lash tech herself and have been wearing lashes for 3 years now. After services with the Hispanic there her eyes are blood shot red and infected. Reached out to said unprofessional inept individual about immediate removal and she was not available we had to remove lashes ourselves since she is a lash tech now she is refusing a refund. Offering another set. Now who in their right mind would allow her to touch her eyes again. Tried to reach out to this company no response. I will be contacting the health department and whomever else about this matter

Angel Richie is the best. She's always on time, very professional, clean n make you feel as if you been knowing her for years. I bought good quality hair from her and my install was the bomb. I will definitely continue coming back. She's my #1 sew-in stylist.

I had an absolutely horrible experience last night on February 14, 2020. The Stylist was Kameshia Lambert. This was my first time visiting this facility, and I will NEVER come back! The actual beauty bar is very nice and set up very cute. I thought this experience would be great, but it was horrible! My God daughter was getting her hair done for her 18th birthday, and she is the sweetest most humble person I know, which is why I even stayed. Her hair was fine, but the process was unacceptable! Her appointment was 6:45pm and we arrived at 6:42pm. No one came to the front, so after about 3 mins I walked to the back where Kameshia Lambert advised she would be with us shortly. She had two girls in the back, so we sat in the front. At 7:15pm she texted (instead of coming to the front) and said she was sorry, but she was running about an hour late, which I feel is unacceptable, but I came from Westlake, and picked up my God daughter from North Dallas, so we decided to stay. We sat patiently in the front along with her two children. She never came to the front to see if we needed anything, or sincerely apologized for running so far behind (her attitude was like oh well). She did not start on my God Daughter’s hair until around 9:12pm (over two hours of waiting). When she finally started doing her hair she was consistently screaming at her children, and saying how much they and everything else was getting on her nerves! I honestly felt sorry for them, but felt like this is place of business, so this should not even be a part of the “Client Experience” especially a new client. Then at the end of the “extended” appointment she didn’t try to redeem herself by explaining this is not the normal process of the service she provides, or offer any percentage off, which I would never ask for, but in the case I felt that was the least she could’ve done to show that she cared. I always tip to express my appreciation for the time spent, but the tip she needs is advice on how to do better going forward, and start working on being more professional. This was a horrible experience, and I really hope the other people at the facility do not treat their clients as if they don’t care about their time and experience overall!

I repeat I do not suggest that you get your hair done by (Angel Richie ) The worst hairstylist in Dallas,Tx I was scheduled to get my hair at 9:00am she doesn’t show up to the shop until 12:30pm I stated to her that I had just got off of work at 5:30am that I need to be out a least by 1:00pm well she didn’t get done until 3:30pm the reason being because she’s very unprofessional she was texting and talking on the phone while she was doing my hair kept taking breaks because she’s very inconsiderate and rude don’t waste your money and time because she’s definitely going to disappoint you

This place is amazing, clean, and the owner really cares about the experience of her customers. Not your average beauty salon, because it meets the needs of so much! Nails, hair, haircuts, clothes... and the interior is so boldly, yet tastefullly, decorated. I will be returning. 5/5 👏

I LITERALLY left Glo Beauty Bar like a new woman! From the cryoskin facial to the yoni steam, my body was treated to the royal treatment! I LOVED it and will be going back for the CBD massage!
