I had such a great first experience at Glo Med Spa particularly because of Hanna and the rest of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Hanna did an incredible job and I absolutely can't wait to go back and see her for my next facial. If you are thinking about getting the microdermabrasion facial DO IT!

Excellent Customer Service from the moment I walked in. My Technician, Keelin, was so gentle I actually fell asleep. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Keelin took great care to design my lashes to suit my face & ask what my goals were with regard to the look I was going for. And my lashes look AMAZING! Highly recommend!

I arrived at the SPA located at Anderson Mill Rd for a micro-needling session that I bought on Groupon. I had to apply the numbing cream myself, and I had to wait for 40 minutes before I could undergo a 5-minute micro-needling session. Yes, it was 5 minutes micro-needing. The worst service I have ever experienced. Everything was a very bad customer experience! I hope you can change things around and provide a better service for your customers.

I had such a great experience with my first visit to Glo Med Spa!! The staff was super friendly and efficient, the ambiance is amazing and Hanna did such a great microneedling session, really paying attention to detail with what I was needing!! I'll be going back.

I have been going here for Laser Hair Removal and it has been so effective, super happy with the results! Fairy makes things so easy and not awkward at all, she is skilled and fast with the laser and very thorough!

I just had a wonderful experience at Glo Med Spa with Hanna. I got an ipl and also laser hair removal on my legs. I was a bit nervous because I was afraid the ipl would be painful, but Hanna was so patient and talked me through everything she was doing, and it was just a really comfortable and relaxing experience. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and can’t wait to see the results!

This spa never disappoints ! From the friendliest staff to the amazing work that they do. I just got my derma blading done by Hannah and she did an amazing job, she always made sure I was comfortable and relaxed :) I have gotten micro needling done here as well and it has by far been the best thing that has ever happened for my skin !! made me glow for DAYS !!

Fairy is the best! She's so sweet and always listens to what I want. I've started getting so many compliments for my skin and I'm incredibly happy! I even started referring my coworkers there! Not to mention, with a hectic schedule, Sherry is super accommodating and kind every time I had to reschedule. I'm very glad to have found this place. I definitely look forward to coming here for my microneedling.

Front desk staff was nice and welcoming. However, it seems like the esthetician Fairy could have done a better job in terms of introducing herself and being friendly and professional. I’ve been to many medical spas and this has to be the most unwelcoming experience I’ve had. I had microneedling with BioRePeel and the esthetician went over active acne despite me informing the office beforehand. Ideally, they should have avoided those areas. Additionally, the procedure was painful and felt very rushed and rough. I felt like they should’ve given more time for the numbing cream to take full effect. I have received the BioRePeel before which should be applied in droplets throughout your face to ensure even distribution of product. However, the esthetician just rubbed it everywhere without applying it properly. (I will provide an update on my results in 7-10 days) Update: Due to the aggressiveness of the esthetician there are scratches where the microneedle was dragged on my skin. This is not a normal reaction. I’ve had microneedling in the past and have NEVER reacted this way. Overall, the facility had great ambiance on the inside. They have you go into a back room to take pictures, wash your face and apply numbing cream yourself. If this is your first time here, they will have you speak to a doctor to delegate services.

Glo Med Spa has been my to go spa for beauty procedures for over 20 years and before it adopted this business name. That in itself speaks volumes of the quality of their services and professionalism. Everyone is welcoming and friendly! On top of all these positives, their monthly specials are fantastic! I usually don’t write reviews, but the people at GMS deserve it!

I have been in Austin 20+ years and this is the only spa I trust and visit on a regular basis. Fairy is absolutely the best there is. She is meticulous and knowledgeable about what will work for your skin type. People comment on how great my skin looks all the time, all thanks to Fairy and her treatment recommendations. I also do lip injections and Botox. She has transformed the shape of my lips, another compliment I receive frequently. I have used others in the past for lip injections without the same result causing the "fish lip" look. Before people knew I had my lips done now people think I have naturally full lips. This is the place to go for all your spa needs, and Fairy has hands down provided the best service to me in Austin ever!

I literally have NO FILTER ON. Glo med spa has my skin looking like literal butter. I’m so happy I found this place I’ve been going for months and they are always so kind. They play soft music when doing your facials and they are gentle with your skin. I’ve had three sessions of micro needling and a chemical peel 🫶🏼 Their membership program is a steal for any girl that is invested in her self care.

This place is such a gem!! I've been so pleased with every part of the process, from scheduling my session to going in for the treatment, to the results of my treatment. The staff are SO kind and pleasant, and they make the environment so comfortable. It's the complete opposite of a stuffy, intimidating, vanity-driven atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for your one-time or ongoing spa needs!

You HAVE to start coming here! I was looking for a Med Spa that had experienced nurses to do lip filler and injections, so after doing careful research I found Glo med spa. Tatum was the best nurse I have ever had hands down. My lips look AMAZING!!! They look natural but definitely notice a difference in size and plumpness. No bruises or crazy swelling! They definitely know what they’re doing there, you won’t regret it. Ask for Tatum!
