Where to begin-I picked the highest price pedicure. I don’t think I got three minutes of massage. The woman doing the massage had nails long enough she couldn’t have done a massage if she’d wanted to, and they spent more time trying to figure out the chair than they did on the pedicure. For some reason, she thought a discount was going to make this better. It did not. Buy some damn timers you need them-as far as callus removal they evidently don’t know how to use paddles or they don’t have any. I don’t know which and I don’t care anymore because I won’t ever come back. What is it with El Paso and nail salons/hair salons? In general after a year of trying different ones they’re terrible and they’re not getting better. Ugh, so much for a relaxing birthday massage/pedicure. That trash set on the floor through the whole mess 🤦🏼‍♀️

This is the best & only nail salon I will go to in all of El Paso. The salon is so clean, so professional & the staff is so friendly. Each time I’ve gone in, I bring a picture of what I’d like my nails to look like, & the staff does a wonderful job matching the color & design of my wishes. They will gladly change the design if you dont like it. They take their time & I have never felt rushed-even on a busy day. The customer service is amazing and you feel relaxed and welcomed. A true getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Maribel, the manager, is extremely professional and strives to make sure your experience is worth your time and money. I highly highly recommend this place-Vivian

All the nail tech are super friendly and sweet. I love that they all speak English/Spanish which being in a border city as El Paso, are the main two languages spoken here on the border. I never feel like they might be talking about me or the other customers. All the nail tech do a wonderful job on manicures, pedicures and nail art. Though they recommend appointments they do their best to accommodate walk- ins I highly recommend Glo Nails

GLO Nail Salon El Paso Texas: I highly recommend GLO Nail salon. I finally found a friendly, professional nail salon that specializes in nails and other services who genuinely listens to your needs. My nail technician Jenny is professional, organized and is an expert in nail design. She is very creative and adds a personalized touch. She is excellent nail technician who put her clients needs first. The Salon is clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They speak Spanish and English and you’ll feel right at home. I went to a different salon and the lady did an absolutely horrific job. I was in crisis since I had a date later. I stopped by and the ladies took me right away to fix my nails. They were all so sweet and so helpful! 10/10 would recommend, the staff is amazing.

Terrible experiences in this place. The first time, the white tip of the french manicure peeled off within a few days and I had to go in to get to repaired. The second time I had gel and it only lasted about 8 day and it began to peel off I tried the third time (and it will be the least) My nails were tender and thin, I told the manicurist I needed a manicure and gel. I explained that my nails were thin and brittle. She proceeded to use the drill and hurt me. Then she used the cuticle scissors and cut me. There are hard cuticles all around my nails, no manicure. She couldn't find the color I wanted and used another one, at my expense and when I asked her to please file the jagged edges of my nails after the gel was cured, she admitted she forgot it was a manicure and proceeded to file afterwards. This was the worst manicure service I have had in the 15 years I've gone somewhere. smh

This was my first experience at Glo Nails. Although the staff was nice, she evidently did not know what she was doing. I did not even get home before every nail and toe were ruined. I requested Shellac,but she insisted her method was better and would last at least a week. I will not be returning.

Worse experience. We were told there was an opening and it was a lie. My daughter waited for an hour and nothing was done on her. She sat there wasn't even offered water or given an update on to when they would help her.

Hola, que bueno que contestan mi revisión, efectivamente soy Johana Valverde, todo el mundo sabemos que en redes ponemos nombres cortos o el que nos guste y eso no cambia nuestra identidad 🙂 si escribi aqui que la sra. Cielo me cortó el dedo y no me dio disculpas es porque asi fue, pienso que una buena respuesta sería una disculpa por lo ocurrido y no decir que me hizo un buen trabajo porque la que sabe si me hizo un buen trabajo o no soy yo exclusivamante, quiero comentarles que todas fueron amables, esto no es personal, doy mi opinión y pienso que son una empresa seria y que podrán utilizar las revisiones de sus clientes para MEJORAR, no considero apropiado desmentir lo que el cliente está diciendo, ya que no es creible que un cliente que recibe un buen servicio los califique mal, si hay un cliente satisfecho los recomendará, si ustedes fallaron en algo lo que deben hacer es reconocerlo, no se hace una revisión con intención de afectar a nadie, es para compartir la experiencia y las empresas el 99.9% de las veces son autocriticos y ofrecen mejorar sus servicios, no se lo tomen a pecho, mejor úsenlo para tener cuidado y no volver a cortarle el dedo a otra persona por favor..

I made a appointment for my natural nails and chose dip powder and one acrylic fix to a nail that broke off. I asked if there was was a additional cost, I was told no the day before.. it would only be 45. The ladies were nice and pleasant but they lied about the prices.. and messed up my natural nails. I was in extreme detail about what I wanted, the nail tech messed up and told me they could put gel on top of the powder to fix it. I stated I was afraid to do that because I don’t like chunky nails… we picked a gel that I liked and let’s just say I won’t be coming back. The nail tech asked me for a tip which I thought was very unprofessional, they charged me extra for their mistakes but I’m pregnant and didn’t feel like arguing. The worst nail job I’ve gotten in a long time. I paid 63 bucks when I was promised 45, left dissatisfied *** pictures are of nails done after appointment and what my nails looked like before. ****

Walked in an employee seemed annoyed which should have been my first indication to not even get my nails done there! Typically when I get gel nails done they do a FULL SERVICE of cleaning your nails PROPERLY and apply the gel nail materials…NOPE not here. She barely talked to me (rude) and only applied the gel color with barely cleaning up my nails AFTER applying gel! She then proceeds to say next time you should get a manicure….like is that not why I am here …. Yeah I should have known this place sucked. HIGHLY DO NO RECOMMEND!!!!!! This place was just bad and yeah did not leave tip so hopefully she reads this and gets this tip….

I don’t normally get a mani or pedi very often but this is my second time going to glo nails and with Sarah and I’m absolutely pleased with her work, she took her time with my toes and hands, I even messed up one of my nails and she was more than happy to fix it for me, I would highly recommend you go with her :)
