I never leave reviews but I got a series of treatments here where I spent several hundred dollars but on the last time I visited I paid an extra $200 just to have on my account for the future which they told me I could use any time. I texted them even about it several months later to make sure my credit was still on file, and they told me it was there and it could be used for my next service anytime. Then I message them this week because I wanted to apply it towards a treatment And She text me back saying my cash credit was only good for a year and it expired. NEVER once was I informed that if I pre-bought some thing on my credit card that it would only be good for a year nor did they even tell me it was going to expire when I contacted them six months ago about my credit. So I basically gave them $200 and got nothing in return and I would’ve never done that if I was informed that it was going to expire one year. When I replied to her message via text telling her I was never notified that it was only good for a year, she never even responded, extremely unprofessional! So I basically gave them an extra $200 and got nothing in return. It’s not that big of a deal because it’s only $200 but it’s just the principle that they didn’t even reply back to me since I was never informed that Pre-paying for something would ever expire.

I’ve been to many spas and facilities offering facials but I have never seen results until going to Glo Skin with Paula. After the 1st hydrafacial I saw immediate results same day and the week after. I’ve been going to Paula for over a year and my face has never looked better. I struggled with cystic acne and blackheads and excessive grease. Your face needs maintenance just like a car, consistency and a good routine is necessary. Paula has amazing prices and treatments best suitable for your needs. Her line of PCA skincare is also amazing, I recommend the blemish soap bar.

GloSkin is such a beautiful place and Paula is a fabulous Aesthetian. Go monthly for a different procedures which are perfect and I leave with my skin glowing. I highly recommend this salon to anyone with any type of skin❤️❤️

I’ve been going to see Paula for my skin for years. Unfortunately I had to move all the way to Chicago. The first thing I do when I come to tampa for a visit is schedule an appointment with Paula! She has hands of a goddess Wow! My skin is unbelievably smooth, clean and clear with no sight of acne or black heads. She does it with so much passion and care. I truly trust her with giving her my whole face to work on and she never ever disappoints me. Will forever be back for facials and many other services that’s done by Paula. My sisters and I are such fans of your amazing work. Thank you!

Paola is amazing! She is very attentive, polite and professional! The spa is beautiful and she really makes you feel welcomed. I had the hydrofacial and it was hands down the best one I’ve had in Tampa! Highly recommend her and will definitely be back!

Paula is amazing, She is very professional dedicated. After the treatment was done, she contacted me to follow up to check how I was feeling and recovering. Her spa is very clean and all the supplies are disposable. This part is very important to me. Paula wears a mask when she is treating customers and all the time. The spa is open only by appointments and is cleaned and sanitized before and after each customer. All the ladies do a great job. I will definitely go back soon.
