I recently had my first facial, and it was amazing! The experience was so relaxing and refreshing. Wendy was friendly and professional. My skin felt incredibly smooth and looked radiant afterward. I highly recommend trying it if you want to treat yourself!

Wendy was absolutely wonderful! I started my appointment with her having a consultation with me; talking through my skin and some of my concerns and suggesting treatments and products to be considered for the future. I did the Glo2 Facial and it was an excellent choice as my skin feels much more hydrated post treatment plus it helped with some of my discoloration. Wendy also did a wonderful light Hibiscus peel treatment and included a massage which made the treatment both results oriented and indulgent. Per Wendy's recommendation I will definitely do IPL with her in the Fall in order to combat my scarring, and discoloration. The whole experience was 5 stars as the spa and treatment room itself is so relaxing and Wendy was wonderful in chatting with me,(she is so personable) as well as advising me and working her magic. Huge thank you and highly recommend!

I have had three treatments with Wendy and every single one has been amazing. The facial left my skin looking better than it has in years. Wendy is very knowledgeable and attentive and makes you feel very welcome. I get so many compliments on my skin after a treatment with her. Looking forward to continuing my skincare journey with her.

Wendy is amazing! I received the microdermabrasion with the liquid enzyme peel treatment and was so pleased with the results. My skin had a nice glow. I definitely would recommend Glo Skin Spa for all of your skincare needs :)

Glo Skin Spa from the moment you walk in is a very relaxing atmosphere. It smells amazing and is clean and calming. I was greeted by Wendy and she gave me my facial. Wendy is very knowledgeable and so relatable and kind. I’m new to facials and Wendy walked me through each process to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She had great recommendations for me and I look forward to receiving another treatment in the near future!

Great experience. Face felt great after facial. Wendy advised me to try IPL to get the results I’m looking for. I hope to get that scheduled soon. Wendy also recommended additional products to my existing routine. I have very sensitive skin so she gave me samples to test.

I love going to Wendy for my facials! I always leave feeling so relaxed and my skin feels amazing! I have very sensitive rosacea prone skin and it's extremely difficult for me to find someone who can listen and understand what my skin is needing. Wendy always does a fantastic job making my skin feel amazing when I leave! The ice roller and mask are my favorite part of the rosacea facial. Thank you, Wendy, can't wait to come back again to try another facial!

I really liked it when I first arrived, the environment was great Wendy was sweet she had some knowledge but she wasn’t exploding with knowledge, you had to pry it out of her. She recommended good products and that’s about it, still nonetheless I appreciated that, I truly did. The issue that I had was she did a new procedure on me and she said she would follow up and she never did, so one I have a issue with this because if you are doing any kind of procedure you should always follow up with the client and two if you tell them you will follow up then do what you say period, so that was very disappointing and honestly is the main reason I will never return, I ended up having some kind of reaction but Wendy wouldn’t of been aware because she didn’t care enough to follow through on her word, I also emailed her to let her know but I heard nothing back at all. So customer service is not her strong point.

I recently moved from Florida and have been looking for an esthetician. Luckily I stumbled across Wendy’s page and so happy I did. She is very thorough and explains the process as she goes. It was very relaxing and I felt amazing afterwards. I also loved that she didn’t try and push unnecessary products/recommendations like I have experienced at other local shops. Already booked my next appointment at the end of the month!

I’ve gone to other places to get a lash lift, and my results here at the Glo Skin Spa were absolutely the best I have ever seen. I have naturally long, straight lashes and Wendy’s work was amazing. The price is the best I have seen in Virginia Beach too! I will be coming here for now on. Thank you so much again Wendy! I am beyond happy about how beautiful the lash lift turned out.

Miss Wendy was phenomenal. My first time experience at the glo spa is an experience I will not forget. I came here because my fiancé surprised me on Valentine’s Day a facial that I didn’t know about until I got there. When I arrived Miss. Wendy was so gentle and very engaging. She welcomed me with great conversations and the facial massage was just the icing on the cake. First off when she was giving me the massage she explained each stage. Which she was giving vivid detail on what she was doing for each stage the smells were bringing back memories. The cherry fragrance definitely brought me back to when I was kid drinking red koolaid. However, I was so relax that I drifted into a coma I believe but the after effect left me speechless. I felt so relax and in such a peaceful state that she had to wake me up to see if I was even still up! I woke up thinking I was on the movie the wizard of oz thinking that’s what it probably felt like going through those poppy seeds because I definitely was out but that state of mind was so untouched that I would love to go back and experience that again. The facial massage was so good that when it came to giving my information I forgot my own information and her name! However I will remember Miss. Wendy she did such a great job that I just had to leave a review. I also had to grab cards because this is something worth spreading. I hope everyone experience the glo. Because you will leave there glowing!

Where do I even start? First of all the woman that is supposedly running this place likes to call and reschedule constantly. When you do finally get in she’s not a very personable woman. She gives off the vibe that she thinks she’s better than you. And last but not least I could smell ALCOHOL on her breath when she was doing my service. I will NEVER return and I WILL warn people before they come here. Her work is ok though, that’s the only good thing I have to say about it.

I got a facial and lash lift and both were INCREDIBLE! Wendy did a great job and the whole experience was super relaxing. It felt like she really cared about making sure I had a good experience and was happy with my lashes afterwards, which I really appreciate!
