The only reason Glo has positive reviews is because they offer free months if you remove any negative comments. This company make it impossible to receive any customer service with anybody who is a native English speaker. The girls at the locations are always very polite, but to have somebody who cannot handle issues over the phone is ridiculous.

This place is so nice and always clean. It’s “fancy” but not unaffordable. The staff they choose are usually perfect for the position, ESPECIALLY EMILY! She’s so awesome! So friendly and helpful and just perfect for that role. Hire more like Emily !

Great atmosphere and the employees there or very friendly and knowledgeable. When my family goes, they are very attentive on any questions or needs that we have. The beds are top-notch and always kept up. I would highly recommend.

I love all the girls at Glo! They are a ray of sunshine after a long day of work. They are very knowledgeable on all of the products and helping you get the results you want. The red light therapy is a must!! You will feel the water weight, inflammation and stress melt right off you.

I went to tan in your facility today. I’ve been a member for a while. Immediately when I entered Bailey (sp) did not even say hi when I walked. She just said do you want to do another bed today. I said yes. I decided on the P90 bronzing bed. She then asked me what bronzing I was using so I showed it to her. She then said can I see your eyewear. Not do you have eyewear. I showed it to her. And I made the comment that she is the only one asking me this question. I’ve experienced her several times. She cleaned my bed, came back would not even make eye contact. I asked did you give me the full time, again didn’t look at me, said yes dismissively. When I walked down the hall I saw an employee in the breakroom which the door was semi open. The young lady was very approachable. I simply asked who the young ladies name was up front she gave it to me, I then asked for the managers name. She told me I expressed what happened and that Bailey sp was rude. I tannned. I walked up front they were all 3 huddled together I asked any of them what the managers was before I even got it out one of the other girls said “it’s an FDA regulation that you wear Eyecoverings” it wasn’t even about the eyewear I’m quite aware of the eyewear rule I’ve tanned off an for years. So then she proceeded to tell me I went in their break room and called Bailey a B word! Absolutely a lie. I even asked the girl if I was bothering her again she was very pleasant, but when I got up front and she was infront of the 2 other girls I said “I did not call your co-worker a B word, I said she was rude.” She said I am not speaking. The other worker to whom I should have gotten her name proceeded to tell me things she wasn’t even there for. I asked again for her he managers name. She said I’m going to give it to you but I don’t have to, this was about eye coverings you have to have and wear. I told her it’s not even about the Eyewear it’s about the experience I had this evening. Then she proceeded to wave me off and tell me to leave I said you aren’t going to tell me to leave somewhere I pay for services and simply asked Bailey why she asks me everytime. I then told her if she wanted me to leave so Badly to call the police. I had done nothing wrong she then said excuse me… I asked her if she wanted me to give them some sales pointers instead of attacking the customer about having eyewear and bronzing lotion. They could have made a sale tonight. I left but is the the experience you want your customers having? A bully mentality . The poor girl from the break room is new and she was scared to death to say anything. I would like a call from the manager and or customer service. So I can discuss and maybe help the next customers experience instead of being treated less than and trying to bully me. You can look my account up by my name and call me please.

I had a great experience my first trip! All of the girls were very sweet and knowledgeable about ALL of the different products and beds! I definitely came in with a lot of questions being that I’ve tanned for so long, and got everything I was looking for. Thank you Sofia Barron, Sofia Serna, and Bailey Roberson for all the help!!!

I’ve had several instances in the past where the employees are rude; act like they are bothered by being there, no eye contact, not wanting to answer questions, etc. But today, the young woman who was there was kind, personable and professional. What a relief!

Right Decision Recently moved my membership from a National Competitor to Glo on Heritage Trace. It was recommended by a friend, but why make the move? The cost is significantly lower with access to all beds. Oh wait, and their spa services, which I was hesitant about until I tried it last week. It was fabulous and perfect for hydrating your skin with the Texas Heat in full effect! What’s even better is their team. Every time I walk in the door, I’m greeted with friendly service, which we all know is no longer the norm. Shout out to Abbey G, who is hilarious, so helpful and knowledgeable! She insisted that I try the spa, and I am so glad I did! If you’re tanning somewhere else, you should consider Glo.

Love the services I get at Glo! Tanning beds, spray tanning and spa services! Always clean and pretty atmosphere… friendly service, and massage chairs while you wait is such a plus! Thanks to the spray tanning I can keep a golden glow year round without damaging my skin…
