I went to Glo Tanning for the first time today and my experience was wonderful! Emily was so kind and knowledgeable about all of the amenities as well as the best lotions based on my goals. When I arrived she took me on a tour of the well appointed and very clean space explaining all of the different beds and what they can do. I signed up for a membership and save 40% on my lotions which was very nice! I competed 3 treatments while I was there. 20 minutes in the Sauna that also came equipped w/ a red light for the face. Then I did 10 minutes in the red light stand up w/ shaker plate to help tone my legs while I soak up the benefits of the red light therapy. Last but not least I did 6 minutes in one of the many level 5 tanning beds. Just an exceptional experience all around. From the bag and robe they lend you so you don’t have to keep changing between services, to the sweet and super knowledgeable staff (thank you Emily, you are awesome!) it was an exceptional experience. Thank you!

New customer and I have enjoyed my experience so far! The spa beds and red light therapy are really what I’m looking for to improve my rosacea and stretch marks from pregnancy. The tanning beds are very advanced and I’m excited to see results. Staff has been nice too!

The staff is so helpful & friendly! It is a VERY clean place. I highly recommend Glo Tanning! The girl at the front desk really helped me & explained everything to me. They are all very sweet!!

This is one of the cleanest salons I’ve been to. These girls work so hard and are very quick to clean beds and spa equipment when there are a lot of people. I have seen a few encounters that the staff has had with some rude or demanding people, and they handled it with professionalism and kindness. I’ve always loved going here!

Beware!!!!!!!!!!My wife and tanned here from out of state. We were lied to by the young lady working there to sign up for a membership. She promised to cancel the membership after we tanned to save us money that we didn’t ask for. We told her we didn’t mind paying more to make sure we weren’t on a reoccurring charge. She lied. We were charged. Corporate promised to refund the 40 something dollars. Then said they wouldn’t. We have received $20. Stay away from this place. It’s not about the money it’s about the lies and run around. I will file a complaint with the BBB to make sure these scams stop.

We came to this place from another state on a trip. The young lady made a sales pitch that she could sign us up (my wife and I) and it would save money and she would cancel the membership that day. We said “No, we just want a one-time purchase because we don’t like recurring charges and because we don’t live there, and that we’d rather pay MORE for the one-time.” But she kept insisting and assured us that it would be cancelled right when we went in to tan. She said “I do it all the time for people. Really. Trust me.” (And giggled in a sneaky little deceiving voice, like she was proud that she screwed the company over.) We live in a state that this place doesn’t exist so we told her we didn’t want to - but it was almost as if she wouldn’t let us tan if we didn’t. So, believing she would, we told her it was ok if she was SURE she would cancel us and we wouldn’t be charged for the monthly service. Sure enough, she never canceled anything. So when we noticed the reoccurring charges after two months, we explained this to corporate and nothing was done. In fact, they emailed us after long drawn out conversations of making a promise to make it right, and then sent an email a week later, stating they wouldn’t do anything. This isn’t about money this is about the principle of being a scam artist. So apparently they would rather keep our $40 than to do what’s right. Do not go here and do not sign anything. The operation is pathetic.

I've been a long-time tanner, and I've never been to a spa like this. One afternoon, I stopped by to pick up some information on the spa and took it home. I shared the information with my husband, and he seemed interested, so he looked over the pamphlet, and that evening, we went up to Glo Tanning, and both became members. They have a very friendly staff and very clean equipment and offer more than just tanning beds, which we love. I tell everyone about Glo Tanning. My daughter was in from Kansas City, Mo (St. Louis is her home town), I told her she had to come check out Glo Tanning. She did and became a member... she comes to St. Louis, enough that she'll look forward to coming home and going to Glo Tanning. We've always enjoyed our experience at Glo Tanning and will continue to recommend Glo Tanning!!!

This was my first time going to Glo. Both the girls there were so helpful and showed and explained all their options of body theraphy and tanning and other spa options so well. I'm happy I chose to go there for my tanning .

Fabulous, super clean , staff wonderful!!! I was tanning at palm beach in Arnold where I was paying double !! Sad part was in the last two months they’d take your money and they were never open because they fired the manager and no staffing.. a little further for me but I am so happy!!
