Absolutely wonderful experience ❤️ Kathy performed the 3 Step ZO chemical peel & and RF microneedling under my chin. She was kind, professional, and detail oriented. The app is a great bonus, love the rewards program.

I was on the fence of booking an appointment so I called and spoke with Kathy. She took the time to research my condition and call me back. She answered all of my questions and concerns over the phone and never once pressured me into making an appointment or try to sell me on the service. She was so nice and told me to call her when I was ready or if I have anymore questions. I called back and made an appointment and during the appointment she answered all my questions, was extremely nice and overall just made me feel super comfortable. I can’t wait to continue with Glo-Up and Kathy. For the first time in a LONG time I feel extremely full of hope.

I made an appointment with Glo Up because of all the 5 star reviews and I'm so glad I did!! Kathy was so professional and sweet she made me feel so comfortable, she explained everything and took her time, no rushing me in and out which I loved, what she did with the botox and fiiler look amazing!!!! I will be telling my friends about this place. Kathy wish I could give you and your business more than 5 stars!! Thank you for a great experience I cant wait to come back and see you!

***I have probably wrote two bad reviews my entire life and truly didn’t want to even write this one however maybe this will help someone else *** I bought a full syringe of Juvaderm, I wasn’t happy with results. I literally didn’t notice my lips fuller AT ALL. I reached out through email and text for over a month. I rarely got a response and when I did it was open ended with absolutely no solution. I tried very hard to give this spa a chance to make this right I was willing to do whatever I needed to do to make all this money I spent worth it! When I was able to reach someone here they absolutely one hundred percent made it feel like it was MY fault. When I spoke to her she was condensing and made it to be like I shouldn’t even be contacting her , it’s unbelievable. Even up until today, she is pacing blame on me. I have NEVER felt so dismissed, ignored and under valued as a customer in all my life. It is very disappointing especially since I’ve spent a little over 700$ for this service. I have no idea who on earth this place would have a repeat customer or even a good review. At this point sharing my experience and disputing charges are all I can do to justice the money I’ve spent here 🤷‍♀️ Edit- I’m sorry but you just don’t get to tell me MY opinion of MY experience is skewed. This is a great example of blaming and taking zero responsibility. Also I’m very happy , I was also extremely blessed to even be able to get services like this for myself ! The treatment and outcome of the services you provided makes me unhappy.

I got lip filler done by Jen! I have gotten it done about a year before and both time were painless and perfection! Jen explained everything she was doing and the results they would give! My lips have never had much definition and Jen came up with a plan on how to achieve my dream lips! The block makes the service so painless I didn’t flinch once or feel anything during the service! I’ve never felt so confident all thanks to Glo-up and especially Jen! She is so friendly and calming and the best injector ever!

Glo Up Med Spa is the place to go if you’re looking for a tailored treatment with natural looking results. Jennifer Frerichs is absolutely the best at what she does. She always takes the time to listen and make recommendations that will help you look and feel your best. I have tried the Botox and Dysport as well as a Chemical Peel. The Secret RF microneedling is effective with fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, and tightening the skin. She also carries ZO SkinHealth line that offers many great products. I especially like their cleanser, primer with sunscreen, growth factor serum, and sunscreen.

Highly recommend Glow up Med Spa for chemical peels and micro needling. As someone who cares a lot about my acne/face being clear, Jenny has helped tremendously along the way. Jenny walked me through step by step so I knew exactly what was going on, and she informed me on what everything she put on my face was doing. Another reason I recommend these procedures is because Jenny cares about ur results and she even checks up on me after every appointment to see how the progress was. Strongly recommend these procedures.

My face has never looked and felt better! In addition to how it looks I feel so much better. I had chronic tension headaches and after visiting Glo Up they noticed I could benefit from Botox in my jaw area that would stop me from clenching often. This has helped SO MUCH. Their knowledge and skill set has truly benefited my life. Will never go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone.

I have been going to Jenny at Glo-Up for the past year and i can’t say enough about how amazing and knowledgable she is. The series of microneedling treatments have been great as well & she has sent me home with quite a few samples to try. Jenny is very helpful about recommending different treatments/skincare products that have helped clear up my current acne & acne scars. She is very quick to respond and she will get you in as soon as possible. I have recommended her to quite a few of my friends, which loved her as well. They always have great deals and she has done my botox perfectly everytime. Jenny is truly the best & i would recommend her times a million!!!

Jennifer was so friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I got lip filler for the first time and was nervous but she talked me through the entire process. She checked in on me after my appointments & made sure to space out appointments for any swelling and healing. I’m literally obsessed with the results!!! I love this place. When I wasn’t aging as gracefully as I would have liked I felt self-conscious about wearing my hair back away from my face. The staff is very professional and listened to my individual needs. I have been using medical spas for years and this one is the top I have see . I appreciate how Jenny keeps current on new product, methods and training. Now I can wear up-dos with confidence!
