I honestly never leave a salon truly satisfied with my haircut. I end up going home and fixing it myself. But for the first time and I mean FIRST TIME EVER I am beyond 100% happy with my haircut! Esther you are my girl, I’m so happy I booked on a whim! Having natural curly hair is a blessing and a curse. The curse is weather and finding someone who understands how to cut. You my friend have outdone yourself. Thank you thank you thank you Esther!

Kara is amazing! I have very thick hair, which can be difficult to manage, but she did an amazing job! My hair ended up looking better than my inspo photos. I've had some..less than stellar experiences with other hair salons, but you can't go wrong here! Highly recommend.

Do not trust them for your wedding. They canceled the morning of my wedding because the woman doing my make up was out sick. Illness and absences happen. They should be prepared for these kinds of situations, but they couldn't even fit me in for 20 minutes. They told me to try going to Sephora. It was a huge mistake booking with them.

I came to Glo-Out for a spray tan before a wedding in Charlottesville. Lawren did an amazing job. She was so kind and professional. She gave me good advice on color. I’d 10/10 go back.

Special shout-out to Morgan and Glo-Out. I'm very picky and she rocked it with my blonde hair. What I really took away though was her guidance and patience. I came in with plans of getting a service that wouldn't have fit my needs. Morgan was excellent at better explaining the services to me and helped me choose something that fit my budgeting needs. Absolutely 5 stars and thank you!

Had a 100% perfect experience here. Very friendly and highly skilled service! I have a lot of long, thick hair. Nobody can ever finish my hair in an hour (much less do a good job with it)—wash, dry, blowout and curl. Most people struggle with it for 90 minutes or more. But they really did it in a single hour, and it looks absolutely fantastic for my event! I’m so pleased and will definitely be back.

I got my hair blown out and styled by Kara before a wedding in Charlottesville, and she did absolutely amazing! My hair lasted all night long and has never looked better, highly recommend!

Lea did an excellent job with my 19 month old. She made him comfortable and took her time! We've stuck with the salon ever since, and Kara is great with kids cuts! The new location downtown is easier in and out.
