Gloria didn't follow my instructions. The result was that my hair was cut much shorter, even though we had agreed on no more than 2 fingers, and she cut it with 2 hands. The worst thing is that she told me she knew, but she did whatever she wanted to MY hair. What's more, the cut is asymmetrical, the layering I wanted is non-existent. Not a modern technique, run away!

Gloria is a dishonest, thieving woman. She gave me a balayage with baguette highlights from the 2000s when I hadn't asked for that at all. She cut my hair much more than I asked for. Beware of groupon hairdressers.
