WORST HAIR SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! I just went in for a trim, and they were incapable of doing so. My hair came out of that place extremely uneven and with a chunk cut off in the middle of my hair. I should have listened to my gut when they kept procrastinating to start the cut. Them delaying my cut made me ask them numerous times if they were sure they could do my trim. But when i would ask, they got offended. When I told the owner(which is the one that cut my hair) that it came out uneven, she acted like she wasn't seeing what I was pointing out. When I questioned the chunk of hair cut off in the middle of the back of my head, the owner just continued to say it's supposed to be like that. She asked if I wanted more cut off, I just responded with, "For what, so you can destroy more of my hair?" They don't even deserve the one star I was made to pick to write this review. Just do yourself a favor and skip this place before you regret it.

I love Gloria & this Salon! She has amazing customer service and takes care of you with everything! I will never go anywhere else! I recommend so much! i had a very good experience here. my wash was very relaxing and i felt like my hair was clean. service is really fast. my hair look so nice and shiny. i would definitely recommend. the shop is clean and workers are very friendly.

Gloria is the best! She took care of my 4C hair and she pays so much attention and takes great care. I got a wash, blow dry and trim. I walked in and she took me right away ā¤ļø She will be my regular stylist

They were so friendly good service made me feel comfortable even tho I didn't speak Spanish it was still good energy I been going there for a long time to get my hair cut and style I would definitely recommend people to go to her

First off none of the staff speak English. Second I asked for a wash and curl the girl who did my hair didnāt even know how to curl the other lady had to keep showing her. I didnāt come here to be a mannequin. Instead of her asked me if I approved the way she was doing it she asking the other lady like itās not my head she playing in. Overall horrible experience I will never go back.
