Came here an hour before they closed after being turned away at (another) open salon. They quickly accommodated and I had one of the best pedicures I’ve had in forever. Will absolutely be back and so thrilled to have found this!

Kerrie did such an amazing job on my nails! She knew exactly what I wanted. As someone who is visiting town and not knowing who to trust with my nails, this was by far the best experience. Customer service was amazing. Kerrie’s dad did my toes and also did an amazing job! They made sure I was comfortable and even gave me a phone charger as my phone was out of battery! I am so pleased and will be back again next time I’m in Dallas!

Not happy with my experience here. I’ve been coming for almost 2 years. Had an awful pedicure (guy did not clip or file nails (at all!!) or exfoliate). I asked for either a refund or to have the issue fixed and they gave me a very difficult time both over the phone & when I came in. My nails were visibly jagged and they made me feel uncomfortable for asking them to be fixed. I used to love this place but this will be my last time.

I have been going to this nail salon for months. A few months ago, a man did my nails and I was sore for days from him twisting my hands and digging his own nails into my fingers to the point where I began to request to not have a man do my nails after that, as I didn’t know his name. Monday, I wasn’t able to make an appointment ahead of time. I went to the salon, and was assigned a nail tech for my toenail polish change and Ethan for my dip manicure. I didn’t recognize him. Today was worse by leaps and bounds. 30 seconds in: he was using the drill to take my previous dip powder off instead of soaking them even for a second. It began to burn so bad that I snatched my hand away and let out a yelp. I asked him to be more gentle and just soak my nails instead. He rolled his eyes and brought me a bowl. Once my nails soaked off, he went back in with the drill. On my left hand he put it at a weird angle and went too deep into my nail bed causing me to yelp in pain again, and I asked him again to PLEASE be more gentle. I should have gotten up and left at this point, but you shouldn’t have to prepare to have a fight or flight experience during your “relaxing” nail appointment. I froze. Then he began twisting my fingers. I knew that this was the man from before. We were already onto the dip powder so I didn’t want to get up and leave as I had already spent almost an hour there during a busy day. I winced in pain as he pinched my finger with HIS OWN NAILS. (This can’t be sanitary) Then the drill comes out again. I’m sweating and near tears. He got half way through and then cut my cuticle on my left ring finger. These were my engagement nails. The whole reason I was there was to have my nails ready for proposal pictures and he cut my ring finger… I said once again that he hurt me and that I was upset. I told him that I wasn’t happy with this service and that I didn’t want to pay for this. He gaslight me and told me it was fine and I could wash it off. Spoiler alert: I have a scabbed finger. I went to pay, sweating, near tears and with all of my fingers in pain. The woman told me the price and I just sighed and walked out. I thought “at least my nails look nice even if it hurt”. WRONG. Once I got in the sunlight I was able to see that my nails were horrible. They had “marbling” and were misshaped. I went back in and asked for my money back. I was crying at this point and they refused to give me my money back to have them fixed elsewhere. She offered to fix them. I declined and asked for my money back multiple times. I finally realized that it would never happen and that I had to have them fixed there if I wanted them to be nice for my photos. I let her fix the two nails with marbling. They gave me a gift card. I didn’t look at it until I got home. It was $20 for a $60 service… I told her that I didn’t want a gift card because I wouldn’t be back. When my boyfriend came home, my nails were throbbing. He saw the cut finger, and the redness on both of my hands. I told him what happened. As I was too upset to discuss with them any further, he went to this location to discuss what happened, and ended up asking for a refund. They still said no. He tried to empathize as we are both in the customer service industry, but they wouldn’t even give a partial refund. He offered numerous times to give the gift card back during their conversation. Then when he said he was going to dispute the charge and went to leave she grabbed his arm and took the gift card from him. His valid response was “don’t touch me”. We have already contacted the bank and will be getting the full amount back. We did everything we could to give them the opportunity to make this right. I am left with nails that were throbbing so bad I couldn’t sleep. That’s why I’m here awake… writing this review… I can’t wait for them to try to gaslight me AGAIN in their response to this, as I have read all of their other responses to low reviews where they try to get out of their responsibility. The BARE MINIMUM is to provide a safe and clean environment. What a disappointment.

Great nail salon, but all I got was a SIMPLE French tip. Was charge $105 . $20 of that was just for almond shape. Ridiculous! I’m from out of state and didn’t have time to get my nails done before I left home, next time I will make sure to have my nails done!! Prices were outrageous. & my nail lady didn’t even do a good job. I wouldn’t be so upset if they actually looked good.

I really enjoy going here to get my nails done, they always do a really nice job and the atmosphere is really chill. I usually go an hour or two before clothes, and it's not too busy which is really nice

I usually don’t leave reviews but damn my mani pedi was fire. I’m visiting from out of town and wish this place was back home. The nail techs are really thorough and kind. I treated myself to the tequila sunrise pedi. Highly recommend.

I never write reviews. However, this place is one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. I had called in an hour before and I had ran late - they still got me in. Gosh, they are so sweet and did a phenomenal job with my dip nails. I felt so bad since it was so close to closing and the technician stayed overtime. They make you feel at ease. I’m recommending this place to all my friends! Please tip super well when you go - they deserve it!

I paid $123 for this set of nails. Within a week my nails began to chip then they began to peel. I live 20 minutes from this nail salon so it’s hard for me to get there during the week. I went back on the weekend to ask them to fix the peeling, I even said I’d be open to just painting it myself. They told me it’s an ADDITIONAL $20 dollars to repair peeling gel that was clearly not done right. The woman in the salon told me this is normal wear and tear from washing my hands and daily activity. I work a desk job. I am able to stretch my nails to 6 weeks + sometimes and the polish from other places look IMMACULATE. This is GEL polish, it should NOT be peeling this soon. I’ve attached pictures where you can see that my nails were clearly done recently because they are not grown out. This was my first time going to this salon and I was very excited to come back because I did like my designs and my tech but clearly the quality and the customer service is hit or miss at this location.

I will continue to request and get my mani/pedi services at Glorious Nail Salon! I came in with the worst shaped nails and they turned them into gorgeous perfectly shaped coffin nails. Setting an appointment makes the experience easy and fast! Always wonderful and prompt service! This nail salon has exceeded my expectations in every way.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I was excited to get my nails done, but the result was nowhere close to what I had asked for. It wasn't until I went outside that I realized how terrible they looked – the nail polish is all uneven. I paid $113 for acrylic new set and a pedicure, also somehow a toenail clipping ended up on my fresh toenail polish, leaving an unsightly hole What I asked for vs what I got

It’s my second time here, and the experience is just as AMAZING as the first. Everyone there treated me like I was literally a princess. Had a great 1st experience at Glorious Nail Salon! My gel nails look natural and nail tech did not hurt me once.

Service was great today. The staff members are skilled in nail repair techniques, fixing broken or damaged nails seamlessly. Very friendly, saves time, staff is meticulous and nails last for weeks without chipping!! Glorious Nail Salon has wonderful customer service. Got a manicure and fell them so beautiful!

Such a great salon in Uptown! My nail tech, Grace, is absolutely amazing. She is so precise & detailed and always does a phenomenal job when doing my nails. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my nails because I want them done a certain way, and Grace never disappoints. She is super sweet and literally the best nail tech I’ve come across in the area. I live in Cali but visit Dallas multiple times a year and am so glad I found someone who is experienced at doing nails and never gives me a hard time. Highly recommend!!

The customer service is five star and their job is AMAZING I don’t think ever in my life my nails looked this good. The attention to detail in every aspect of the salon is impressive. They use all new packaged equipment and proper. I visited Glorious Nail Salon and loved it! My gels last longer than any other salon I've been to.

The staff who put color on my nails was RUDE. I didn't catch her words when she first asked me which finger to put a certain color on. She then asked again loudly and aggressively in a very impatient and unrespectful way. Such blaming tone was not acceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I did not enjoy the experience at all and will not go back again.

They did such a beautiful job that I got compliments from two MEN the same day lol I wanted a mani/pedi but made an appointment online for a mani only because there wasn’t availability for both. When I came in, the girl sweetly asked on her own if I wanted to add a pedicure too. She also asked what kind of acrylics I wanted and then explained that for one type I could come back to get fill in and change the color if I wanted and for the other type I could get fill but with the same color only. Really appreciated that info, I had no idea. The two girls working on my nails were super sweet too - one of them asked if I wanted to try chrome and so glad I tried it because it’s gorgeous. She also checked with me a couple of times on the length before putting on any polish. The girl doing my pedi got the shape right too which doesn’t happen a lot. It’s all the little things lol One of the guys brought me wine and refilled it. The price is a bit high but I got a lot done and the service was great, and I’m going to come back the next couple of times for fill-ins to see if I can sustainably make this my new place

nails look good but $102 for this was outrageously expensive. $20 of it was for length and the nails are not long at all. no prices we discussed or told to me during or before service.
