It was my first time in this salon and I had 2 very professional and super friendly technicians. That was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone!

Stayed one night in Baton Rouge on the way to the beach with my family, but lived here 10ish years ago. Didn’t have time to get my already dipped nails filled prior to leaving TX. My pedicure was fine. The woman was kind, smiled, & conversed for a bit, enough to get that I was from out of town. Just the basic pedi, but it was definitely basic. No massage at all. Had a male do my nails, & he had me soak mine all the way off to redip for a solid 15 mins. Dipped my nails, barely any filing, no buffing/smoothing them down, and then put a gel coat polish to cure over it. He barely spoke to me. No smiles. Just seemed bored, & he left the hard residue from the soak off all over my hands. Definitely got the just passing through treatment. Not impressed at all.

This was the best mani-pedi I’ve had in Baton Rouge! My natural-length dipped nails look classic and versatile in a perfect nude pink, and my candy-colored gel-polished toes are the pops of happy color I want to see when I look down at my feet especially in sandal and sand weather. Louis was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me narrow down the overwhelming number of colors immediately, and he was so kind. He led everyone working with us in adapting to my mobility issues as well as my atypical sensations and poor muscle control due to MS. The pressure of the calf massage during the pedicure was as good as one done by a gifted LMT. We were struck by the good vibes and extremely relaxed..We commented on how peaceful and happy the place felt; it was infectious! I highly recommend you patronize these fine people, and I know we will be back!

Staff was very sweet and attentive, talked to me and made me feel super comfortable. Even made my nails better than what I had asked for!! Definitely found my go to spot.

Got there when they opened and was the second customer in the store. I had to soak my nails off which usually takes 5 mins. Other customers walked in and as they got busy they left me with my nails soaking for 45 minutes, instead of telling other customers to come back when they have more time. When he finally came to do my nails, he was in such a rush and barely filed them, leaving the shape sloppy and crooked. He then rushed through painting them and I'm left with clumpy nails that upset me whenever I look at them. I wouldn't recommend this place until they learn how to run a business and tell guests an accurate wait time instead of trying to do everyone's nails at once.

Great experience, clean shop, gentle technicians, and reasonable pricing. I got a full set dipping in a beautiful light yellow color and the gentleman did a pretty good job. It was walking distance from my hotel and went to this place because of the great reviews.

I come here for my gel manicure and pedicure with brow/lip waxes and not only is this place relaxing and not really packed most of the time, but the hours are very convenient. The staff is nice and sweet and offer complimentary beverages. I like the appointment scheduling and check-in system. Luxor is my go-to nail salon in BR.

I got the Hot Stone Pedicure. The massage was nice and the nail gel application was pretty. I am glad they are open on Sundays! I was able to relax on this visit. They did get busy so come in early.

I'm came from out of town and needed a refill and toe polish change before going to LSU spring game. I was the 1st customer so no wait time. The service was great, very professional staff, and the establishment was very clean as well as comfortable! I wish I lived closer because I would become a regular. I recommend Luxor to anyone local or passing through!

The very first time I went was great my nails were beautiful and the second time . They mess my feet up both times that was the only thing I was mad about. But this third time was horrible I told him he was using the wrong color he was not paying attention to me. They do what they want to you like you have no voice.He was talking to his mom, the whole time he use too much fingernail polish. He use too much acrylic to cover up my own nails. I told him his mother was doing my feet wrong. He act like he didn’t hear me. My nail polish started chipping and the acrylic. , so I went back. And he still did not fix it. My nails are horrible. I will never go back here again. My nails were done this Friday day gone and they look like they have been done a month .I feel like if I’m giving you money to do a job I have the right do get it done how I want. No matter what color my skin is

I went in on a Thursday morning not busy at all. I told them I wanted my nails soaked off and my toes painted white they started with my toes first they did a great job then I went to go get my nails done and the man was very gentle he got most of them off and did not hurt me surprisingly the ones that were hurting he stopped immediately and soaked them he took his time. Then I chose a color I did gel nails and he paid attention to how I wanted them to look my nails and toes were $85. I am pleased and will return
