Anya is the best! The experience is so amazing from start to finish. She has such an inviting space, iced coffee bar, snacks, and of course does PHENOMENAL hair!! I’ve never had a hairstylist provide so much education for maintenance and styling which is appreciated and I feel shows how much time and dedication she puts in to her business and clients. I’m always excited for my next appointment.

I’ve been going to Anya for a few years now, she is fantastic! I love that she is always staying up to date on new trends. I usually get a balayage and blonde face frame and I’m always so happy with how it turns out! Her products are great quality and she has helped keep my hair looking and feeling healthy while maintaining my blonde! She does a great job and is fast and I just love chatting with her! I highly recommend her for color, cuts and whatever else you need!

Anya is a magician! She turned my brassy yellow highlights into the most beautiful cool toned balayage. She’s super efficient, and as a bonus all of her vegan products smell sooo yummy.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. I have been going to Anya for about 2 years, she has done everything and anything to my hair from all the colors of the rainbow to hair extensions to hair cuts. Everything always turns amazing. Not only is she phenomenal at her art, but she’s also a kickass person and makes you feel right at home. Bottom line, RUN! DONT WALK TO GET THAT APPOINTMENT. You won’t regret it 😌🫶🏽

Anya is so caring and sweet. It was my first time ever getting my hair professionally done (I got a balayage + haircut) and she made me feel at ease and well taken care of. She really has a passion for what she does and wants to deliver the best results for you! Also I love that this is an all-vegan salon. I wish I could see her again but I have moved away!

Anya is.. an absolute lovely soul. I can not recommend her enough. The whole environment she’s created is welcoming, peaceful, comfortable, and a whole vibe. It was important to find a vegan hairstylist, and I’m so glad I found her. She’s great to chat with, and also let’s me practically fall asleep at the shampoo bowl while she’s washing my hair. For someone with social anxiety, this is huge. She gave me great recommendations for products for my hair, all vegan! Plus, there’s a huge bowl of vegan candy, snacks, beverages, she has it all! I’m so glad I found her. Ps- Ask her about her chihuahuas. 💜

I absolutely loved getting my hair done by Anya. She was super transparent about pricing & time. This was particularly awesome as a vivid-color client. I really admired how organized & prepared she was. She accomplished exactly what I asked for. And on top of that, I felt like we had an immediate bond & connected super well. Can't wait to go back.

anya cut my hair & did balayage for me. i have curly hair & have never had a good hair cut in my life, until anya. she heard my concerns & took into account my priorities. she had a vision of how to achieve something that would be in my comfort zone, and she did more than fulfill it. i highly recommend her services. i left the salon feeling like a new woman! that feeling is priceless.

Anya has been the only one I’ve trusted to do my hair for years. She’s honest, caring, and so incredibly talented at dealing with my difficult hair texture. She only uses vegan products and never tries to sell me anything she hasn’t used on me or herself, I recommend everyone I know to her. I just got a brazilian blowout done after doing feeling like a bit of a boost and I’ve received so many compliments, she’s made a world of difference with every treatment she’s done, no matter how subtle or drastic the change is.

Anya is a gem! In my first appointment she not only gave me a fantastic haircut, but also showed me that (1) my hair is curly (I always thought it was this weird wavy frizzy mess), and how to style it! I love knowing that I can style my hair without heat now :). In that appointment I also mentioned to Anya that I was looking for a vegan option for a keratin-like treatment. A few weeks later she messaged me saying she had found an option she would like to try -- two weeks post-treatment and so far so good! I wake up with frizz-free and easy-to-manage hair every day. Honestly, Anya is just so nice, so skilled, teaches you how to do your hair, and she uses all cruelty free and vegan products. What more could you ask for in a stylist?

I came from such an awful hair experience. Anya killed it. Her prices are very affordable and fair, especially for the work she does. She is beaming with joy and such a fun person to conversate with. I drove an hour in traffic to her appointment and I do not regret it one bit. I could not put my dream blonde hair into words, but she killed it! I love Anya's work and will be coming back to her for my future appointments!

I love the work that Anya does at Gloss Hair Lounge! All the products used at the salon are 100% vegan, which is so rare to find in Seattle, if at all. I became vegan recently and was looking for a vegan alternative to the Japanese permanent hair straightening treatment I used to get done before. Anya put in a lot of effort to find and research a vegan treatment (Zerran) to try on me. She worked very hard on my hair and gave me the same results I used to get from the Japanese treatment. She also did a great job with my haircut. I am going to keep going back to Gloss Hair Lounge for all my haircut/hair treatment needs!
