Absolutely love this place and my girl Rachel. I drive from Otsego and won’t go nowhere else. Rachel has been doing my nails for years and when she does them they stay on for over 7 weeks. She is so good. Please check them out you won’t be disappointed.

I came here with my mom and sister while visiting from out of town, and my experience just wasn’t great. My nail shape and the dip itself was okay, but the original color I chose they said they didn’t have, so I picked a 2nd color which she also said they didn’t have, and she proceeded to pick what color she thought would work. When I asked to see a sample of it she said they didn’t have one. The color ended up being far off from the original light pink I wanted. It was more purple and transparent. But I went with it anyway. She told me several layers would help the color be less transparent. It didn’t. She also cut up my cuticles very badly. I said ouch several times while she drilled my cuticles and she just never responded. I was left with swollen scabbed cuticles for several days following service. Idk if it was just the tech, or if this is their practice but I wasn’t impressed. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for quality service with many color options.
