Got a big hair transformation from Riann (looooong hair to a short bob) and I’m absolutely thrilled. She was kind and professional, really taking time to make sure the details were right. A couple of washes and home stylings later, it still looks awesome. Can’t recommend her enough!

I had a great experience with Brandi! She was professional, punctual, and the salon was spotless. I came in from out of town for a blowout and told her I needed it to last me 5 days and she did just that! Even with long curly hair, I was in and out in an hour.

I had a highlight/lowlight appointment with wren! She is literally the sweetest kindest most talented girl!!! She made me feel so comfortable and confident and she did an amazing job!!!! I’m definitely becoming a regular and working on my hair health journey with her, very important as a blonde! :)

Cute, clean, and friendly salon that is very conveniently located for me! Jessi is my stylist and has been a great partner for my exploration of undercut designs. She is creative and open to working on designs with me, and did some incredible color work recently - a friend referred to it as a work of art! I always look forward to a trip to Gloss because I know I'll come home with a fun look!

Gloss is a beautiful salon with such a relaxing vibe. Jessi is my go-to for bright colors and edgy cuts/styles. I always come out of her chair feeling beautiful and taken care of. Definitely recommend if you are wanting to express yourself with color <3

I love going to see Jessi at Gloss Salon. She is so detailed and precise when she dyes my hair. Plus, she recommended a gloss treatment that not only makes my hair super shiny, it also has helped my very dry hair retain moisture. It's been a game changer. I get so many compliments on the color and shine of my hair. If you want top notch color, Jessi is the girl to see.

Tucked away in a southeast nook in Nob Hill, Gloss Salon is a surprising find. The vibe is warm, inviting and chic at the same time. My short curly random hair isn’t easy to tame, but Jessi C. gives me the best cuts I’ve ever had.

Went in for a touch up and came out looking this!!! Just kidding. Wife visits The Salon once a month for her hair needs. She's very satisfied with the results. Brandi is very friendly and very good at her skills. Wide open salon. It was early so establishment was not crowded at all.

Went in to get hair lightened to platinum blonde & stylist said she could do it in our consultation (that we had weeks before the appointment). It came out with a very patchy golden blonde & stylist proceeded to cut my hair without correcting color. I am now having to pay extra money to get it fixed. My haircut wasn't even on both sides. I could have done (and have done) better with a pair of scissors and bleach in my bathroom.

Jen is hands down the best colorist ever. She listens and is able to achieve just what I ask for every time. She has been amazing with blending as I make the leap to go back to my natural color which is staring to show some grey. Love my hair every time!!!!

Requested subtle well blended highlights that was slightly lighter than my natural color. Not blonde. Unfortunately got blonde to top of head. Not subtle at all. Stylist attempted to to darken without success. Ended up requesting to color highlights back to natural color following day but color did not take. Still have light colored haIr to top layers of hair on top of head. Very disappointed. Had high hopes with such good reviews. Money spent for poor outcome.
