Lexi Mav is the BEST! She saved my hair! I walked in to Gloss Salon with terribly grown out roots & uneven highlights. Lexi totally fixed my hair and made it look the BEST it’s ever been! 7 weeks later & im still getting compliments every day on my hair! She is the sweetest person to chat with while in the chair & is such a talented hairdresser!! I totally recommend Lexi to anyone looking for an amazing stylist in the Cincinnati area!💗

Absolutely LOVE gloss!! As a (not so natural) blonde, I am very picky with my hair and have been to numerous salons over the years. When I say that my hair has never looked or felt better since I very first started getting it colored (hello 8th grade, lol), I mean it! Melanie is a true expert at her craft and really takes the time to listen to what you’re wanting and to customize it to fit your needs. Before Melanie/Gloss, I would frequent the salon about every 8 weeks to keep my blonde looking decent. Now, I see Melanie about every 12-16 weeks (yes, I can go 3-4 MONTHS between appointments) and my hair is the healthiest it has ever been and looks better at the 3 month mark than it ever did when I had gone to other salons. If you’re looking for a blonde expert or just need an amazing hairdresser, Melanie/the Gloss girls will get you taken care of. Cannot recommend Gloss enough!!

I took my daughter to Dakota because we wanted to low tone highlights in her super dark, thick Curley hair. Dakota was very through, made sure she asked if she’s ever had color, box dye, and then explained that since she had it may not come out exactly how she wanted. She also suggested a k-19 treatment to help lift, but wasn’t pushy about it. She was very knowledgeable and took her time with my daughter. My daughter loved spending the time with Dakota as she was very personable and they talked about common interests. We will be seeing Dakota for all our touch up and hair needs!

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist when I came in for my appointment with Cassidy Race she did my eyebrows she was amazing and let me knew what she was doing each step of the process. She is very knowledgeable and kind.Will definitely be going back to her for future services.

Absolutely love the new Gloss salon location. Been going to original Anderson location and decided to go to the Montgomery to try it. As I expected it was just a great! I always leave beyond happy with my results. The staff at Montgomery is so kind and bubbly and the owner who actually does my hair is extremely talented! I absolutely recommend Gloss Salon Montgomery to anyone looking for a new salon in the area!

Amazing experience with Fia, who I have followed from another salon. She is the only one I would trust my hair coloring with! I have really thick hair, and am picky about length and color. She did balyage on me and it was the first time it turned out how I wanted! I re-visited her at Gloss, and she did an amazing job, completely met my expectations and really takes her time with things. She is a perfectionist, she listens and asks all the right questions. She has a great, laid-back personality and I can’t recommend her enough!! Thanks for always taking care of me!

I am 57 and just got my very first facial. I didn’t think I would enjoy a facial but I was absolutely wrong! Cassidy did an amazing job. I was so relaxed I almost couldn’t drive home and my skin looks more radiant than I thought it could. Cassidy is knowledgable, skilled and very pleasant. I will definitely be back

I love Olivia! She’s always willing to do my fun and over the top ideas. She’s even aleshs able to come up with ideas since i’m so indecisive. Liv has given me more confidence ever since i’ve been going to her for my nails. The prices at The Gloss Salon are perfect and I love the deals a discounts they come up with. The aesthetic in the salon is amazing and well organized. And everyone there always tries to make sure you’re comfortable and having fun.

I went to Cassidy for a mini facial today and absolutely loved it!! I’m currently on accutane and she customized a facial surrounded by the fact that i’m on accutane, and she was so gentle with my skin!

Made an appointment with Cassidy for a brow wax and tint and she was amazing! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Five stars to her! Not knowing much about the tint she explained the process and chose a perfect shade!! She is easy to book with on Instagram and responds quickly if you have any questions. Cassidy is so sweet and I look forward to her wonderful services at Gloss Salon again soon!

The Gloss Salon in Montgomery is so amazing. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I personally have McKenna do my hair and she is awesome! She uses a very gentle hand and walks me through each step with lots of detail so I can understand what’s going on and how everything will look. On top of this, she is someone who is very easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable at all times. Each time I have had an appointment, she matches my hair exactly to the inspo picture I gave her and I am always so obsessed with the end result!

I randomly found Jessie Sears at a totally random salon. She managed to give me the best haircut I have EVER had, even though I really couldn't even describe what I wanted. She nailed it the very first time and I have followed her ever since. She is also fun and upbeat, and just all around the GOAT. Give her a try, you won't regret it! 😉

I have been getting my brows done by Cassidy for over a year, and she is the best! She is so sweet and makes you feel super comfortable. I usually get brow lamination or brow henna with a wax, and it always turns out stunning! I highly recommend her!

Kalei S was my stylist and I went from a gross sort of dishwater brown to this beautiful dark hair. She added dimension and curled my hair for me at the end explaining how to achieve the same results at home. I told her about my hair loss and she recommended several products and hair shampoos. Some were at the salon and they smelled SO good. Kalei literally is one of the best color stylists I have had touch my hair. Usually I am hard to please! Thankful I found gloss salon. Also random but I like the decor inside the salon and the booths and plant wall! Such a great experience and highly recommend Kalei. I’ll be back soon :)
