When I walked in the salon, my hairstylist told me to wait for 5 minutes and sat in the back and ate for 20 minutes, although I made an appointment. Upon getting my hair washed, she didn’t wash her hands and I could still smell the food on her hands. While combing my hair there was a huge clump of hair that fell on my face that was CLEARLY not mine. When I got up, I looked down and there was a dead house roach on the floor. When I walked over to her station there was still hair on the floor for the last client. When cutting my hair she was often distracted by the tv. This place is gross and unprofessional, I would not come again.

They are fabulous and the prices can’t be beat . I go in every week for a blow out and they also cut my hair . Everyone is so nice and friendly and professional . Amazing blowouts !!

Hairstylist didn’t even comb my hair out the right way before putting a blow dryer to it. (My hair is kinky curly). I also didn’t receive a proper trim now my hair is uneven at the top!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. First of all, the woman cutting my hair didn't even ASK me what I wanted, she just assumed I wanted a trim. I went in to get a long bob. She had no idea what that was, had to ask a coworker what to do, and when she was "done" she didn't even check to see how it came out. Her coworker had to come and say "you need to check if it's okay before you let her go", she combed it over and was like yeah it's good and then walked away before I could even say anything. Not to mention, she didn't give me the cut I wanted. She basically just trimmed it. Save your money. I refuse to come here again.

My sister and I went to get a hair cut here, the staff didn’t approach us right away. Who seemed like the owner was more concerned with leaving to go somewhere, leaving behind the lady who cut our hair. She got rid of my layers, which I didn’t want and my sisters hair was COMPLETELY uneven. Maybe if the hair dresser wasn’t listening to music and paid attention on cutting her hair and tilting her head straight it wouldnt be so uneven. They didn’t speak much English so it was a waste even going back and having them fix it. We ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed. Maybe the person helping was new or didn’t care but I don’t recommend this place.
