I recently went for a wax after getting microblading and kindly asked if she could remove the extra hair on the side. I would have appreciated knowing there was an additional charge for that service. I ended up paying $45 just to clean my eyebrows, which is overpriced for a service that wasn't even satisfactory. I still have hair on the side of my face, and she burned me on my left side. Never again, and I will definitely never recommend this place. ( The lady is not being truthful. I lost it when she claimed she removed about 10 long hairs from my chin. I only asked for one hair to be pulled out, something I usually get done for free. Charging $45 for removing one hair seems outrageous! Additionally, you burned the left side of my face. While I don't have time to pursue legal action right now, I am extremely disappointed.)

I absolutely LOVE this place!! The staff members are so kind and welcoming, they are quick and efficient but also take their time when caring for you. During the winter months I came in with cold hands and the owner has these small wireless hand warmers for her clients to use during their service. I thought that was so thoughtful and considerate! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

I finally found a nail salon in lexington that is sanitary, professional, reasonable prices and good quality work! I've had no issues and have been coming here for almost a year. Lena is my go to girl, but Chelsea is great too!

I’ve been going since the salon opening in mid-February since they are so close to my home and near my favorite Dunkin’. The whole staff is so great. The first time I went in for a pedicure and didn’t want a full set since I’ve developed an allergy to nail glue and thought that was the only option. Thankfully, the owner, Ms. Chelsea, is an experienced nail technician with years of experience and could do sculpted nails for me and I got my first full set without issue in over a year there. It’s a bit pricier but worth it, and I love getting them done this way now and won’t go back to tips/glue thanks to her great service. They are the only salon I go to now. Every two weeks, mani and pedi for me — and it’s worth the price for the excellent quality of service. The whole team is so friendly and charming, from Phil, Jess, Lina, Jayme — all are so great! The shop is very pretty and bright and they have a cornucopia of colors and designs. As a Pinterest lover, I love finding ideas and going in and they never back down from a challenge and they are always cute! Please go here — they are efficient and kind! It’s worth a visit for sure.

Very Clean, tidy and well lit atmosphere. Phil was very kind and very meticulous in his work. He did a basic gel polish on my legs and loved it. And got a dip nail done for my fingers. Technician was very kind and sweet. I felt the finger nail could have been more precise in terms of cuticle removal and finish overall. Felt that it lacked that shine… looked a bit like a week old nails. I’m not very disappointed but sure could have been better. As they were very kind and overall was a pleasant experience, I tipped them a 20%.

I am so glad I discovered this place ! They did an excellent job on my nails both times I’ve visited. I went twice just to make sure it wasn’t just a good day and these ladies did not disappoint ! Lina, I believe is her name, gave me one of the BEST pedicures I’ve ever had - she seriously was amazing ! She even got my in grown toe nail out which most nail techs miss. The shop is very clean and neat with such a fun loving staff. I’m a permanent client that’s for sure!

I got a dip manicure today, the 50$ manicure doesn’t include cutting cuticles!! The lady who did my nails did not pay attention to the sides of the nails at all, was making phone calls to her son while doing my nails. One nail already has multiple cracks and I just got them done two hours ago.. I am quite disappointed cause that’s a pricy service.

Not happy. Virtually no shaping done, none of my nails are uniform in length or shape. Did not smooth acrylic well with hand-piece prior to polishing, and it looks bad. When polishing and swiping at the end, she used so much polish that a glob is at the end of each nail, making it even more bumpy and not smooth. Walking out of salon, looked as if I already had 1 week grow out at cuticle. Will not be back!

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! My nails are lumpy looking and the gel polish is already chipped. Very overpriced and the quality is awful. Will not be returning!

The lady was rude and did not listen to my directions on what I wanted my eyebrows to look like. All I asked was for a shape up and her exact words was “I make it look better for you” after she did it. My face was burning she was very rough. When your getting waxed the first Reaction it to squint or your eyes water, I did both. She say “ don’t do that” and rubbed a burning liquid on my brows. I told her it burns she’s says “you have sensitive skin”. That was my first and last time going there. My skin scab so bad the next day, It would hurt to blink.

The only reason I give this place 4 stars is due to the prices ! I know getting your nails done ain't cheap no more but geeshhh we in inflation , but I guess everybody gotta make they money somehow . But for real other than that , the people are really really sweet , they care about your overall nail health( which is hard to find with nail techs these days) , if you an essential worker they provide a discount for you ! My nails can last over 4 WEEKS & still look nice and us ladies know that's hard to come by as well . So overall your paying for the best quality & they also provide complimentary water , sodas, and wine !

While being short staffed, everyone was still able to give an amazing experience for me and my mother. I enjoyed the atmosphere and how Leah was able to make my manicure look absolutely amazing!
