I started to feel sick and congested on Sunday. When I woke up on Monday I was in what I felt like was in a full on cold or flu (we call that the man flu). My wife mentioned the salt cave from her recent open house experience and suggested I try it to reduce the congestion vs going to the doctor and getting some medicine. I got into the salt cave that day and spent 45 minutes in there relaxing and by that evening felt 80% better than I did when I woke up. The next morning I felt like a new man and was back to 95% and able to get a full workout in which I was not able to do the day before. I suffer from asthma so anytime I have any respiratory issues or congestion I tend to be miserable. The salt cave helped me relax and was so calming. I will be returning anytime I start to feel any symptoms coming on or need to relieve any stress. I slept so great after being in the salt cave. I was symptom free 24 hours later.

Had my first appointment today and was incredibly pleased from the moment I opened the door. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I was early so I had time to hang out in the lobby for a bit and met a couple of the staff and they talked to me like we’ve known each other forever. I had my appointment with Jill, the owner. I felt welcomed by her immediately as well. She is very good at what she does! I couldn’t be happier and I’m so glad I chose this office!

I love this place. They offer a variety of services and everyone is really nice. I have seen Shana and Sara for tox and they both did great. The setting is very cute and professional. I also feel like their prices are more than fair. Happy to be a customer :)

I would like to give Shana a five star shout out!! She is an amazing nurse and makes you feel like the most important person when you are in her care. Shana takes into consideration the points of concerns and gives professional feedback on treatment options that will have you looking and feeling younger. I only go to her and put my trust in her expertise. I highly recommend Shana, she is AMAZING!!

After having my daughter, my levels on hormones and iron have been all out of whack. Had my blood drawn by my family doctor and she said everything was normal but I knew there was no way. I went to Jill and she drew the proper blood work and finally figured out what was wrong with me!!! She put me on the medications/supplements I was lacking as well as an iron infusion. The iron infusion helped me SO much!!! The next day after I had it, I could already tell a huge difference!! I HIGHLY recommend going to see the girls there! They are all amazing and I’m so thankful Jill and her staff have been able to help me!!

I've been seeing Jill for years and couldn't imagine going to anyone else. I've also recommended friends, family, staff, and some of our patients because of the difference she has made in my life. She and her staff provide the kindest and most inviting atmosphere in Wichita! I recently decided to try something new on my face last week. First, I should say that I have had Hydrafacials to maintain my face every 6wks for many years, and truly love what they have done for me. Facials are one of the very few things that I do to treat myself and relax...so...I decided I was going to try the Aquafirme. I couldn't believe how my skin felt afterwards!!! I didn't think anything could be better than a Hydrafacial. I was so wrong. Today as I put on my make-up, I was realizing how amazing it was to still feel my skin feeling like I'd gotten the facial this morning (4dys later). Thank you Jill for bringing this into my life, and thank you for loving me enough to continue encouraging me to try it in spite of my Hydrafacial allegiance. Thank you Clare for your time and sweetness during my appointment with you. I think you have given me one of the best and most thorough facials I've ever had.
