Glow Aesthetic in Colorado Springs is absolutely amazing! I want to give a special shoutout to Brooke Miranda, Kaili Whitaker, and Lorri Halenkamp for their incredible work with injections. When I started my treatments, my skin was dull, full of sun damage, and looked weathered. Thanks to their expertise and care, my skin is now beautiful and glowing. I used to hate taking pictures because I looked so worn down, but now I absolutely love jumping into photos and feel beautiful. Brooke, Kaili, and Lorri provide the love, care, and attention you need. I'm looking forward to many more treatments in the future. You're in great hands with any of them!

Got the miradry done today and I must say the customer service is top notch!! I’ve interacted with 2 of the ladies one of which was going to do the procedure for me. The girl ended up getting sick but they didn’t reschedule me, Dr. Carter did my procedure instead which I was so happy because I had cleared my schedule and was looking forward to it. I was nervous but all the staff were so helpful in answering any questions. Hailey was so kind and supportive, she shared her experience and tips with me! The doctor took time to make sure I was comfortable. Can’t rave enough about this business, 5 stars!

Despite a tough year Glow is still going strong. I left the original review over a year ago and they are still impressing me with their quality of service and incredible offerings!! Dr. Carter and the team are the absolute best in the Springs!! Mote updates!! They offer CO2 Laser treatments and they are amazing!!

I got the miradry treatment here. Everything from scheduling the appointment to getting the actual procedure was quick and seamless. Everyone was also very nice and professional and super knowledgeable as well.

I went to Glow to get my lips enhanced and I cannot brag about them enough. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. Irma was incredibly patient with me and she's so gentle! I'll certainly be making this business my "go to"!

Had my very first treatment of both lip filler and a little bit of botox for my forehead wrinkles. I wanted to keep everything very natural looking. Irma did a phenomenal job. She listened and talked me through everything. It's been a few weeks since my first appt and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my results. I recieved exactly the look I was going for with almost no bruising. 10/10 would recommend. I will always come here in the future. Entire staff is phenomenal.

I have been going to Glow for 10 years now. I literally will not go anyone else- ever, as long as I live here. Irma is so kind, knowledgeable, and she’s a perfectionist. The best part? If you’re the type to go “overboard” with everything like I am- she won’t let you make bad decisions just to make a buck. A lot of places will let you spend, spend, and spend until you do too much and look crazy….not Irma. She is going to tell you the consequences visually of adding more volume in an area vs just tagging on another syringe.. THAT is the type of integrity you want in your life. Irma’s attention to detail is beyond compare. Now my cheekbones match and so do my lips. Love Glow and absolutely love Irma.

Irma is amazing.. I cannot recommend her enough. I always love the way she does my Botox but we did lip filler this time and it was virtually painless with minimal swelling!! I was in awe! I am SO happy with the result. GO IRMA!

Let me start by saying I’ve tried a handful of med spas here in springs and this place is by far the best! Irma does my Botox and it’s always lasted longer then any other med spa. Everyone is so friendly when I walk in and greet me with smiles. I moved across town which is why I tried other med spas. I will drive across town for Irma, she’s great!

I can not recommend this spa for Miradry treatments. I got a Miradry treatment here last year. Immediately after the treatment I was completely dry, no sweat whatsoever for a couple weeks. Then it started to return and 1 year later I have about 50% decrease overall in underarm sweat. I know this is normal and I was told that some people need 2 treatments. I returned and paid $1000 for a second treatment. This time it was done by a different person (Irma) and she seemed very unsure and inexperienced. It was extremely painful this time. She used a lower energy setting and treated a smaller area. (which doesn't make sense because harder to treat sweat glands would obviously need higher energy) This time I experienced no improvement in sweat whatsoever, and was sweating again the very next day which indicates the procedure was not done correctly. I called to discuss this and my call was ignored. Weeks later, after more calls, I was told to come in to follow up with Dr Carter. He did a sweat test to confirm there was, in fact, no improvement in sweat. He then made excuses and talked in circles giving me no real solution other than to pay another thousand dollars for a 3rd treatment. He said he would try to figure out a better option and called me, but I never heard from him again. Over $3000 spent at this spa. No attempt to make it right. If you're unsatisfied, you'll be ignored. Go elsewhere for Miradry.

Irma did such a beautiful job with my lip fillers, making sure they were exactly what I wanted. I’m obsessed with my lips!! Katrina is so professional and took care of me during two PRP facials and answered any questions I had, my skin is glowing!!! Will definitely be a longtime customer

I Love This Place!! I recently went in for a VI Peel and had the best experience. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and they absolutely provide the best care. My peel was painless and I was given great directions for my after home care. I have gotten so many compliments on my skin since the peel, I can't wait to go back for another one. Highly recommend.

I came in for excessive underarm sweat and decided to get the MiraDry procedure. The first week it feels like you have tennis balls under your arms because they are so swollen and it is uncomfortable. Glow Aesthetic was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and gave me lots of ways to have my questions answered, even though it was the weekend. They were incredibly kind and I felt very valued. They worked to make my experience as comfortable as possible and I think that made all the difference. It's now been a couple of months and I never have sweat stains in my shirts anymore, which is life changing.

I recently had a co2 treatment done with Katrina Freestone. I am seriously amazed with this treatment, it gave me incredible results. My main concern was the acne scarring I had accumulated over the last 10 years of suffering from acne. I had tried other lasers at different medspas. I have tried chemical peels, fillers, microneedling over the years, and nothing has given me such a dramatic improvement. Katrina is super detail oriented and has a lot of knowledge in her field, she is such a sweetheart and listens to all your concerns and pushes the limit in the most safe way to give you great results yet not overdo anything that might cause you harm your skin. This treatment treated my scarring and bonus tighten my skin to give me a younger look much better than fillers because it doesn’t change your facial features just makes you look youthful...

I went in to have the MiraDry procedure done to eliminate the perspiration from my under arms as this has been a lifelong issue for me. Katrina executed the procedure perfectly and I felt comfortable the entire time. I would recommend Glow and Katrina highly.

LOVE Glow Aesthetic. I had called around to a couple different cosmetic surgery establishments before reading the reviews and doing my research on Dr. Carter. I decided to go in for a consultation, and was blown away by the friendly front office staff and Dr. Carter's professionalism and friendliness. I have since referred my mother for cosmetic surgery that she is extremely happy with, AND my husband is now seeing Katrina for PRP. I will continue to refer my friends and family to Glow, and look forward to working with them in the future.

Got fillers for my tear troughs, a week later I went for a check up with the Dr, he laughed at the issue I had with numbness. It was shrugged off, 2 weeks later the one who administered my fillers called to check up on me. I told her I didnt want to come in because of the way I was treated on my first checkup. She convinced me, when I went in she tried moving the fillers around with her fingers which helped a little with the numbness. Finally at the end of the appointment she told me the filler was putting pressure on my nerves around the eye causing the numbness. I guess the Dr should have taken a little more concern with my issue seeing as half of my face was numb. Update: The office reached out to fix the issue however, with careful thought my husband and I feel it is best to seek services elsewhere. It makes no sense to go back to a place that already made me feel absolutely uncomfortable with their service.

I had the MiraDry procedure performed at Glow, and it was a WONDERFUL experience. It was completely pain-free, and the results are fabulous. Katrina is fantastic and took great care of me. If you have ever had the thought that the aluminum and other chemicals in deodorant are unhealthy and shouldn't be absorbed into your bloodstream on a daily basis... this is the procedure to try!

I have been coming here for several years and my experience has always been great!!. This time my appointment was with Irma, my first with her and first time using the Restylane line of product. Irma's presentation coupled with her knowledge and expertise, was helpful in explaining the treatment and my options. I felt comfortable throughout our appointment. Irma, is FABULOUS!!!! I am VERY satisfied with my results. I look forward to seeing them (Katrina..too) in the future. BTW, they don't push to sell you other products.

In one word? FANTASTIC. I had come to the conclusion that the only way to get rid of my premature "bat wings" that I've had since middle school was brachioplasty - where I would end up with a foot+ long scar on my arm. Thank goodness I found Glow Aesthetic! Dr. Carter and his team explained all my options, and helped me decide on Vaser Lipo, which sounded too good to be true, but isn't! They were able to fit me in a week after I initially came into the office for my free consultation. After a two hour procedure in the office, with very minimal pain, I have the arms I've only dreamed of. I can FINALLY see my feminine, sculpted tricep muscles (that were hiding under all the fat), and can't wait to wear a short sleeve shirt for the first time in almost 5 years - and it's only going to get better because full and final results won't be for another 12 weeks. Dr. Carter should teach the class on bedside manner, as he spent so much time assuaging my concerns (I have a needle phobia) and took the time to walk me through every step. He even had me laughing through the procedure. He and his staff are so sweet and caring, checking in on me every day post-op. I will go no where else for all my future procedures - thank you for bringing my confidence back, Dr. Carter!

Irma is hands down by far the best lip filler and sculptra gal ! I moved here from Cali and was having a hard time finding the right person for my needs and getting it done correctly! Irma by far knows what she is doing, and so friendly and professional. The Glow team is amazing! Every step of the way, Dr Carter and Katrina made sure I was aware of what was going to happen and that I was comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. I felt well taken care of. I am still recovering after my Fractional CO2 Laser procedure, but easily look 10 years younger. I am in awe of how smooth my skin is. I happily show my recovery photos to family, friends, and co-workers. Would I do it again in the future? Absolutely! It’s made a huge difference for me and how I feel about myself, as I’m about to turn 58.
