I asked for an appointment to do filler in my 11 lines. After I showed up and sat down I was told they don't do filler in that area. I was shocked and felt fooled that they still let me show up even though they didn't offer these services. I was then told they do Botox . That filler in the 11 lines can make you go blind. Well, after looking up the risk with Botox in that same area it holds the same risk if not properly inserted. I guess they just didn't have someone qualified there to do the filler. I would have liked if I was told this from the beginning , instead of them wasting my time.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Lauren and my experience at Glow Aesthetics! I’ve gotten Botox a handful of times living elsewhere, but with Lauren I felt very heard when I explained what I wanted. She’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to detail how we were going to achieve the results I was looking for as well as being forthcoming about any possible risks (which I didn’t experience any at all). I’m so happy to have reconnected and will gladly be making the trip to Tampa for future treatments!

Love love love Lauren! Hospitality and customer service goes a long way. It was my first visit and won’t be my last. I genuinely appreciate how she took the time to be objectively honest about what I needed to get done vs just saying yes and doing whatever I “think” I need. Her medical background is extremely helpful and she is adorable! 10/10

My experience was wonderful! From the reminder of appointments in text messages that are interactive to the minute you walk in, the state of the art offerings of anything such as coffee/water to the friendliest staff and Joanna is very personable! The steps leading up to my procedure, she explained everything told me what to expect, and then explained why certain things were etc. To the price point was fair! Thanks team, great job!! xx

My last micro needling was a disaster. I do not know how the stylist could have made the areas on the side of and under my mouse damaged so unevenly. Now, after three weeks, there are still several big dark spots staying there (see photo). I am concerned and scared that they may not go away and become permanent. The treatment was supposed to make my skin better but now it is much worse than before.
