Update, 12-24-24: Beautiful (and safe) as always. Update, 8-19-24: Dr. Otto is amazing; I trust her very much, from her opinion to her glorious handiwork. Positive experiences with other staff as well. (Previous review, 2023) I just bought a membership, and it’s money well spent!

Such a great experience. First off, beautiful spa. Products are beautifully displayed, seating is comfortable, and very clean. Staff is very sweet and welcoming, even offering me tea! My esthetician was such a peach and so knowledgeable. I will be recommending this place!

Very good and friendly care. Easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend. There are so many treatments on offer you really don't need to go anywhere else. Very pleasing results that always look completely natural . Most impressed.

I have been seeing Dr. Otto for botox at Glow in Kirland for several years. She, along with her staff, has always made me feel welcome and well cared for. There is no high pressure sales, and I have never walked away disappointed. The treatments are quick and easy, and she, unlike other practitioners I had seen in the past, has never left my face bruised or lopsided. I am a customer for life!

So this is based of a consult only (so far -- updates will be incoming) and I am just thrilled with how wonderful my provider, Elena, was: knowledgeable, patient, I felt like she really heard my concerns, and she never felt pushy about any treatments. I left feeling like I had learned a lot (the bombardment of treatments online was leaving me dizzy) and prepared for my next visit! I also really love that they have an app and how they make themselves available via text. For me that stuff is so crucial for keeping tabs on things or being able to communicate. I'm going to be doing the emface to hopefully get back to something that looks closer to my Google profile picture again (ha) and I know and appreciate that will take some time, BUT it's a great fit for me. Dr. Idriss (who I follow on TikTok) wisely said that you should trust your face only to the best and that if the people who work there look overdone, you likely will too. For those seeking to follow that spirit; who want something that doesn't look drastic, but provides gentle improvements, and helps you age better, understanding the long-game, and not looking to just stuff pockets -- I think this is the right spot for you.

Love my experiences at Glow MediSpa! The staff is friendly & Dr Otto is a queen. She is detailed & thorough! Highly recommend the EMFACE Submentum treatment -the skin of my face & neck feels more taut & I have new confidence in an area I’ve previously tried to hide!

I’ve been to glow spa 3 times for genius microneedling and I’m so pleased with the results. There’s a lift and the plump after look I was wanting. Dr. Otto spent so much time walking me through the procedure. The spa offers an array of options for all ages, making you comfortable with whatever you decide. I decided to try the glowspa new treatment EmFace this year. After 4 treatments I saw a nice lift in my cheeks and neck. I loved the procedure—no needles and only 20 minutes. You walk out feeling great. Highly recommended to have done right before special events! It’s a noticeable improvement.

Dr. Otto is the best. She’s kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and knows her medicine and customers. She’s built a team that embodies the principals that surround comfort and expertise. As I’m writing this, I almost sound like a family friend. I’m not , but she makes you feel that way.

I’ve been going to Glow Medispa-Kirkland since it opened in 2020. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! The atmosphere is serene and inviting and the treatments are top-notch. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are always impeccable, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Rachel is an incredible esthetician! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and always makes me feel at home during my service. Love this place. Excellent service. Clean space. Attentive and well informed practitioners. They literally text you a week or two afterwards to see how you’re doing. I also recently discovered facials here and they are wonderful. I recently tried the HydraFacial and my skin felt incredible. Such a treat but so worth it!

I am in LOVE with my results!!! I was nervous about getting my lips and cheeks done because I wasn’t sure if it would look like too much.. Elena was so informative and listened to my concerns and delivered the natural youthfulness I was looking for! She was such a perfectionist and made sure it was exactly what I wanted! The office is welcoming and exceptionally clean which was an awesome first impression. The experience through all of it was amazing and I would recommend her to all of my friends and family! I have had fractional laser besides the bbl. They absolutely are not into high pressure sales which I really like and are honest about what you can expect. They don’t make promises they can’t deliver. Rachel is so sweet and kind and so is Dr. Otto.

I love this location! Easy to park and fun area downtown Juanita. My experience is a great service! I use Disport and love the results! I like the way she is swift and kind to my fear of needles! She listens and gives me a natural look, just what I want! I am always inspired by all the new treatments, and they are up to date with the latest technology in treatments! I feel more confident knowing they have something for everyone here. I learn and leave wanting to try more !

My face is happy and it’s not just the smile. Rachel does wonders for the skin. She is a true professional and understands her craft. Her knowledge and skills came through with amazing results. Dr. Otto’s recommendations were very helpful and improved my skin as well. I would not be where I am without the help from these two. I had facials and treatments for 4 months before I moved out of state and could not continue with them any more. The spa is easy on the eyes and has a positive energy. I was always greeted as soon as I came in the door and treated professionally with every encounter.
