Dysport on Wednesday with Paige and a LaseMD yesterday with Gabby. Love the treatments and staff at Glow Medispa in West Seattle. Been going to this oasis for almost 10 years and couldn’t imagine going elsewhere.

Loved my experience there! Everyone is beyond kind, and made me feel so welcomed and at ease. I have a physical disability and the staff there helped me out when needed during a session and just made me feel so comfortable and not at all a challenge to work with, and that meant so much to me. I can't praise them enough on their kindness and professionalism.

I am so impressed with the overall quality of staff and services at the West Seattle Glow Medispa. Founded by a long-time community member and MD, Dr Dee has built an increasingly excellent team over the years. I’m repairing a well-spent youth on the water and the slopes, as well as the ravages of acne. Sincere praise from one medical provider to another for Kimberly Joiner, NP. She is tops in skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient education. Very pleased with each experience at Glow Medispa. They really are 5 stars!!

I’m not a person who leaves reviews, but in this case I felt like I had to. TLDR: Thank you Dr. Kate Dee for giving me a skincare regimen that has stopped my acne! I’ve always had a bit of acne, but nothing too crazy. Last late summer/early fall my acne turned it up a notch. Just love that for a 39F, right? I had painful cystic acne. It was frustrating and demoralizing. I didn’t want to leave the house; I tried all different OTC options. Finally went to see a dermatologist, but I had a bad reaction to the oral antibiotics (I’ve always been sensitive) and the topicals did nothing. Next step? Accutane. I was so hesitant because of the harsh side effects. I decided to get a second opinion and found Dr. Dee. The 45 minute consultation was amazing; more face time with her than the three appointments I had previously with my dermatologist combined. She went over how acne forms, how so many face products are actually clogging your pores, and gave me a simple skincare regimen. It was just nice to be heard and not rushed out after 5 minutes. It’s a month and a half later and I’m acne free for the first time in a year!! My skin feels amazing! I won’t lie - the regimen is pricey, but I’d say most of the bottles will last 2-4 months, so I think it’ll likely even out since in the past I’ve had to buy new bottles monthly or so. The consultation was $50, but that then goes towards your first treatment or purchase of products. Also shout out to Gabby for the amazing facials she’s giving me to help boost my skin-clearing journey! Thank you Glow Medispa!

Incredible med spa, I’ve been coming here for 3 years for Botox, filler, micro needling and laser re-surfacing. Extremely professional, knowledgeable staff, I always feel entirely safe, never any pressure and always receive the best advice.

Where dreams are made of. I cannot recommend this medical spa clinic enough! Staffed with the utmost professionals who are thoughtful and precise in their practice, but also make you feel heard and comfortable. Never have I felt pressured or rushed during a procedure. I have met some of the most incredible ladies here who have helped me with Botox, lip fillers and Emsculpt Neo. Fiona, Kim and Paige are my go-to gals, but everyone here is beyond exceptional! You can’t go wrong. It’s the only place I will go, and the only place I will recommend to anyone looking for a little “umph” in their beauty care. Don’t think - this is the place you’ve been looking for.

Hannah is truly the best! I have a complex medical history and came in with some not so common treatment goals, and felt so lucky that I was in Hannah’s hands. She took the extra time to really research my condition and understand what I needed before going forward with my treatment. I felt completely confident in her and 100% trusted her opinions all the way through, and am so happy with how my results came out. She gave me back some of the confidence that I had lost due to my condition, and I cannot recommend her enough!

I’ve received facials and botox from Glow for multiple years and have only had wonderful experiences! I found Glow when I was curious about botox and they were so patient with my questions and really trying to understand what I was looking for. The nurses are great with my needle phobia (I get light headed after every service and they are so kind!). The reception staff helped me sign up for Glows loyalty program and a nationally loyalty program for Botox, so I really feel like I’m getting a great value. I love the service, staff, facility, and value. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I've been coming here a little over a year for facials and Botox or Dysport for teeth grinding issues. Everyone has been great! I signed up for the monthly membership which saves me some on the Botox/Dysport along with the manufacturer point system. The new hydrafacial offering is my favorite facial!

I cannot say enough about how much I love the staffs (especially Joanna and Paige). They're very professional, friendly, and always make my appointments so enjoyable. Joanne (Front Desk) always goes above and beyond. She was quick to respond to all my questions/concerns and then booked an appointment as soon as possible. You will not be disappointed. Paige (PA-C) is an expert with high standards.She’s given valuable input on what she believes I need after listening to my concerns. And the result comes out amazing, more than what I was expecting.

This may be one of my favorite places in Seattle! Everyone is so welcoming and funny - it's almost like you feel like part of the team each time you go. Aside from how very lovely all staff members have been, a shout out to Hannah who has transformed my face through microneedling, botox and filler. She is amazing at what she does! She is so thorough to ensure the absolute best result. Overall I really cannot recommend this medispa more highly! They are the best!

I’m fairly new to Glow but have been pleased with the honesty received rather than trying to sell me procedures that would not deliver the result I needed an actual surgeon for. They do not overuse/oversell Botox just to make money. Sitting with me and the hand mirror helps me understand real results and expectations from procedures. They didn’t allow me to just buy a procedure without looking at my skin first. Highly recommend.

Very professional , excellent customer service, and outstanding cosmetic procedure. I had a facial, the Ultimate Glow Treatment , it was a very positive experience thanks to the skills of Fiona. She did a wonderful job explaining before, during and after everything that she was doing and what I should expect during the following days after the facial. Fiona is very professional and I was impressed with how clean and well maintained the spa is, just like a medical office with attention to cleanliness details. It has been only 24 hours since my facial and I already notice a marked improvement of my skin. I look forward to visiting again for follow up facials.
