I was hesitant to attend at first due to the nature of it being a sauna studio and wasn’t sure if it would be kept up also considering of the very reasonable price of it. However, I was so impressed the minute I arrived. It was clean, the worker gave me clear directions on how to use it, and you even have your own place to place your belongings before you even go into the sauna. I will be recommending this to many people! Very clean!

TERRIBKE EXPERIENCE: Not open posted hours. No one answers their phone. Opened late, people waiting outside, and then it takes an hour for cabins to heat up. So, no cabins available for three hours. Their website shows many cabins available but none really are. All they did was say, "I'm sorry." I drove 30+-minutes to get here after being turned away from their Mockingbird location because they were booked yesterday and today. Told the North Dallas location had many openings which wasn't so.

I go everyday and it is my favorite part of my day!!! Sam and the staff are amazing and the vibes are immaculate in the studio! I always walk out feeling so refreshed and rebooted! Highly recommend for all!!

I've always been intrigued by light therapy and the benefits of a sauna. This amazing place offers both, along with additional perks. When I called, the professional staff thoroughly answered all my questions. I was hesitant to provide my credit card information online for the "come try discount," but the staff were understanding and allowed me to receive the discount in-store. Sam's team is composed of professional and caring individuals who are consistently helpful and greet everyone warmly. Sharing my experience, it has been transformative. I've reduced my cigarette consumption from three packs to one pack a day, cut down from over twelve Dr. Peppers to maybe one, and eliminated candy entirely, all within just two sessions. I've lost significant weight, which I attribute to the elimination of toxins through deep sweating. Post-back surgery, I've noticed a remarkable change; the pain that once plagued my daily life has subsided. My continued visits make me feel rejuvenated and truly alive. I am so thankful for Glow Sauna! 🥰 Here's a useful tip: Due to my excessive sweating, I arrive in a robe and swimsuit, which enables me to shower once I'm back home. For those who need a quick freshening up, Sam provides "shower wipes" for a small fee if getting home isn't an option.

My first infrared sauna session at Glow Sauna was a game-changer! After working out six times a week, my bad knee had been feeling stiff and sore, but after just one session, it feels so much better! I felt totally rejuvenated—mind, body, and soul. Also my skin felt extremely smooth. This is exactly what my health and wellness routine needed. Huge thanks to Sam, the amazing owner, for making sure my experience was perfect from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends, and I’ll definitely be back!

GLOW is one of my favorite places to be. I get compliments on how great my skin looks and that I beam and glow, literally. Investing in yourself by using an infrared sauna is top tier self care. Glow is a staple in my week and I can’t imagine life without this service. Also,the owner Sam, is a true testimony of Glow. The guy is just sunshine in human form. You won’t regret signing up.

I have been coming to Glow Sauna Prestonwood location for a couple of months now and I love this place! The facility is clean and well taken care of. Plenty of towels if you need them. They also have some weights so you can do a workout in your sauna session. They have red light therapy to be added to your cabin sauna session which I have used and enjoy. I like the color chromotherapy they have as well as a TV so your sessions can go by quick and not have to think of the heat so much. Customer service is always great and fantastic when I come in! Olin is always accommodating, friendly, greets me by name when I come in and leave. I have seen some benefits since coming here such as better sleep, helps with muscle soreness, relaxation, and my skin has a great glow after these sessions! They also have some amenities in the back such as hair ties, deodorant spray, dry shampoo, makeup remover wipers, lotion, as well as a cooling face towel. Come check this place out you won't be disappointed!

I recently visited Glow Sauna Studios in Dallas (Preston Woods location) with my sister, and it was an incredible experience! The studio is so clean and inviting, and the staff was amazing. They took the time to explain everything to us, making sure we felt comfortable and knew what to expect. We both left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be going back! I wanted to share my latest experience at Glow Suana. I've been a member for quite some time now and have a multi studio membership and during a recent visit at the PrestonWood location during the storms the power went out during my session and the young girl working that day Loe (if I spelled it correctly) was so helpful and did her best in a situation out of her control to get me booked at the Mockingbird location and helped me figure out the App which I had been having issues for months! Clyde was also so accommodating and fit me in for my session at MB, he's always wonderful and provides great customer service and this is why I keep coming back, not just for the health benefits. Thank you guys!

It's an entire vibe here! I came for a wellness event that did not disappoint. The owner is such a friendly guy and is ready to answer any and all questions, and the vendors were amazing too. Great location, clean environment...this is truly the place to go for holistic wellness. I'll be back

My favorite infrared studio. The Prestonwood location is close to me and easily accessible. My husband and I love coming here. We can share a cabin or go separate. The additional red light therapy is an added bonus. I’m always impressed by how clean this place is. The packages I always get 3 or 5 pack when they are having deals… Olin is so helpful and tentative. If you’re looking to add more health and wellness benefits into your active lifestyle as body recovery.. this is the place to go.

This place is a 10/10! The owner and staff are super helpful and kind. I’ve seen great results with recovering more quickly and I sleep like a baby when I do it. I will say it’s hard to stay in there for the entire team, but the TVs help to keep your mind on something else!! It’s great!

I book sauna sessions through Classpass, and it is amazing!! I definitely recommend giving it a go if you loved having a sauna at a gym like 24 hour fitness. It is more intense, and has light therapy in the cabins!

My mom's numbers for her kidneys have improved tremendously per her last check up. The sauna helps to relieve some of the work of the kidneys by sweating out toxins. I know one of the reason is for her coming to the sauna. It has been such a great benefit towards her health.
