Underwhelming. If you’re expecting a high-end or luxurious experience, this is not the place. I paid $160 for a Lux Glow facial that lasted barely 45 minutes with mediocre service. The techniques felt basic, with little attention to detail or customization for my skin. Overall, it lacked the quality and care I’ve experienced at lower price points, leaving me disappointed and unlikely to return.

I got a lash lift for my wedding and Alexis did an amazing job! She was quick and efficient and my lashes have never looked better! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to enhance their natural lash line!

I've been going to Glow for about 6 years now and while I've seen different estheticians, I've been seeing Gabby H for the last couple of visits and she is awesome!!! I love her space and how comfortable she makes every single visit. She has a great attention to detail and walks you through questions you might have about your skin, products, services, recommendations, etc. Gabby is so professional and you can easily tell she loves what she does. She is 100% the reason I keep going back to this place and why this is a 5-star review! My only issue is with the staff who answers phones/books appts/check out. Anytime I've asked a question I first get a not-so-subtle eye roll like I'm inconveniencing them and they seem to be annoyed. I've sat in their waiting room and have noticed this over the years and with all sorts of customers. Besides the above, the establishment itself is always clean, and the estheticians themselves are always amazing, friendly, and very professional!! Couldn't recommend them more and am happy to be one of Gabby's clients!

Adriana was excellent for my lash lift. I’ve been looking for a regular spot in Austin. She is quick and she has great attention to detail. My lashes lifted perfectly and they were so uniform. It was the most efficient last lift I’ve had with the best results.

I recently visited Jessica for a wax and facial, and I must say, I absolutely love her. She's incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and products, able to explain everything thoroughly. Also the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making you feel like you've been friends for years. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend their services.

The ambiance of this place is immaculate and the girlies working there are all so sweet. Alexis does my lash lifts and always makes me feel comfortable and taken care of; and not to mention does a bomb job every time!!! The experience compensates for the hour drive there, will forever recommend this place!

I have been going to Glo Wax Spa for over 8 years now. This place is incredible! The energy is so relaxing right when you step in. I have had many services done here from massage, to facials, to waxing and each and every time it is consistently the BEST!!

I really didn't like my haircut and it looked nothing like the photos I came in with, she didn't check in with me to see if I was happy with it. The stylist also had cold, judgey vibes (I don't know what it was about me that rubbed her the wrong way) and it was probably the most stilted conversation with a stylist I've ever had. It felt like having my hair cut by one of the mean popular girls -- which would've come out looking like what I asked for. With me as a customer in general I give a lot of leeway for people who aren't doing a great job but are clearly earnestly trying and care about their customers, or I can endure cold or rude service workers if they're true artists at their craft. But unskilled and icy? Nah. It wasn't a complete disaster so it's a 2 star.

Jessica is absolutely fantastic! I used to get my eyebrows threaded and now I exclusively see Jessica for an eyebrow wax every 5-7 weeks. Highly recommend. Shes super sweet and always puts my at ease!
