Sheena the owner provide a fun judgement free zone and has done a variety of services tailored to my needs in a matter of months. BUT yesterday she blew my mind with her knowledge and skill. I was invited to be a model for her new added service Ice Therapy. I didn’t know what to expect but You can clearly see her passion for it so I trusted her 100% . The smell of the ice block was so therapeutic it was exactly what I needed. It was very cold but she talked me thru the entire service I wasn’t even thinking about the cold. Sheena needs to change her name to MAGIC HANDS!!!!!! (That's what I call her) Her work is amazing. I go to her for post lipo treatment. She's gentle and she makes you feel relaxed. I was extremely nervous about my first massage but her energy is so great, I forgot that I was nervous. She's welcoming and professional. She's very knowledgeable about post surgery care. She gave me information I didn't even get from my doctor.She loves what she does and it shows. I've tried to book a massage with her EVERYDAY since I started going. 20/10 would recommend! well I will say this is my second time coming back my first time with her was a year ago fresh out of my surgery and my downfall is i should’ve got a package and stayed with her….I encountered a lot of problems after surgery and because i wanted the cheap way out i cheated myself because sheena did her big one ….so here it is a year post op and i had to come back to her to fix what i messed up listen ladies pay how you weight that’s the only way you gonna see the best results she’s really worth it at the end ❤️‼️

I arrived from Florida with an open incision and very swollen. Sheena made me feel so comfortable and secure. She is literally my post op guardian angel. She asks my comfortability level prior to anything she does. She adjusts her techniques according to my needs for the day and follows her instincts. Her consistent reassurance and hugs brings me positive vibes (not to mention she’s so fun) which is why my wound is healed soooooo fast! No one else would do what she’s done. And all the while I’m dropping inches and LBS with her compressions confidence and advice. Her hands are magic. Thank you darling for taking care of me the way I’m sure no one else would. I was so scared of going to the wrong person for treatment after surgery but I’m so happy I got it right the first time Sheena made me feel so comfortable and she really took her time and made me feel so secure I instantly saw results the first day not only is she professional but she actually cares about her clients and goes out her way to make sure her clients get the best care possible and the fact that she has multiple services is a plus she has a client for life and her fajas are the most comfortable fajas I’ve had thus far and I’ve been through 2 others and I just made 4 weeks

Literally..... the best gift I ever could have given myself after surgery. I had complications and my surgeon recommended Sheena for post-lymphatic drainage massage. I'm taking it one day at a time, obviously- but everytime Sheena works on my body I'm reassured and reminded that investing in myself and my body is number one. I found Glow Up Body Treatment and sculpting through Instagram and I must say I’m so glad that I did. Sheena’s energy is always positive she is a free spirit person which I love about her. She welcomes you with open arms. When I went to her I had some issues with my stomach she ensured me that she had me and I never questioned her. I want say This is my fourth visit with her and I must say that the results are real sis has me snatched. I’m loving my results so far and can’t wait to see the finish product.
