First 3 pics are the results, last pic is what I asked for. I went in for my appt, my “hair stylist” was almost an hour late. I explain to her what I want, she understands as it is the SAME EXACT THING we did 3 months ago. Everything was going good, Then at the end as she’s washing me out & toning me is where she gets in a rush & sloppy. She turns me around in the chair & blow dries me & tells me I’m not going to like it. Of course I didn’t because my highlights that I had previously (which were a pretty shade of blonde) are now orange and black & other colors, She completely ruined my hair ! Then says she’s only going to charge me for the product and she would fix it on Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and she ignores me & doesn’t fix my hair. I’ve tried communicating with her with no response. I explained to her that she didn’t have to fix my hair. I can go elsewhere, but I would like a refund. BAD BUSINESS, SCAM, AND INCOMPETENT. DON’T TRUST WITH YOUR HAIR UNLESS YOU WANT IT COMPLETELY RUINED. BIGGEST REGRET. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Glow Up Hair Studio is the premiere salon to frequent to meet my hair styling & coloring needs as I grow my hair out. I've been going to experience Andreanna's hair magic for 2+ years, and I will be staying with her as my stylist & friend for years to come!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌🏻 NIKKI is just absolutely AMAZING!!🔥👍🏼👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In the past 5 years, it has been 1 disappointment after another trying to find a stylist who was really good with blondes/highlights, etc- and I have FINALLY FOUND HER!! She listened to me, and did exactly what I asked for. As you can see in the photos- my hair is still just as healthy and shiny as it can be!! This chick knows her stuff, (plus lots of fun to talk to, a beautifully decorated salon, and fair prices!! What more could you ask for? 🥰 So if you’re like me, and have found it literally impossible to get fabulous blondes and highlights- call Nikki today!! Scheduled an appointment with owner Nicole. Drove out from edgewood only to find out she had over booked. Waited an hour and wasnt even helped. She was busy gossiping and answering phone calls about her last drunken night! Very unprofessional. Owner didnt even apologize.

Salon Owner was such a sweet heart once you get to know her ❤️ I absolutely love the interior work and the services was amazing ❤️ definitely look forward to come back to this family owned business for more hair appointments 💕

Absolutely love Nikki I drive 3 hrs to have my hair done by her, living so far is kinda hard to get it done often!! I've gone up to 3 years without my hair done because I will not let anyone else touch my hair Nikki is very friendly and makes u feel so comfortable and very professional i highly recommend her salon!!

I drove from Taos to go see Nikki . She was very sweet and did exactly what I wanted . Her shop is clean and stylish . I look forward to maintaining my hair with Nikki . 10/10 recommend!!!!

I haven't Been here yet but I can tell you that this is the only salon that I would trust to properly deal with my hair! Nikki's extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched! I can tell that Nikki runs a amazing business because I would let her gladly do my hair now that I have moved near the area. I have been following her work on Facebook for years, and she always does a amazing and spectacular job from what I see on her page! Her clients are always happy and her talents definitely show! I'm excited for when Nikki starts accepting New clients. She is the only other Professional Hairdresser/Colorist that I would trust other then my mom to service my Hair.💕

Nikki did such a fantastic job transforming my boring brown virgin hair with a beautiful ash tone balayage. I love my hair so much and have added confidence! I had no idea I could feel so sexy because of a hair style. I trust Nikki with my hair because she is so skilled and really knows the best techniques. I’m so glad I found her!

Nikki is by far the best hairdresser in the 505, She does amazing work and takes pride in what she does!! What I like is she takes her time and she makes sure you are satisfied with the results and good work she puts in. I never once gotten told by a hairdresser “if you don’t like it, come back and I will fix it.” She is by far the best and I highly recommend going to her. I always leave with a smile on my face once she does her magic on hair!!

Nikki is the absolute best! I will never trust anyone but her with my hair! I've done highlights and most recently purple 💜. She never disappoints. After seeing all of her impressive balayage photos that will be my next look 😊
