This was my first time getting my brows laminated and my eyelashes tinted with lift. Angelica was amazing!! I feel so lucky that I got her, she made me feel so relaxed and did such a wonderful job with my stubborn brows. Definitely recommend!

Awtee laminated my brows & lashes with a stain & they look fabulous! Before, my brows looked very thin & undefined. They now look very full & in style. My lashes are also very natural looking. I can now pull off not wearing mascara easy! Awtee is a pro with a great personality. I will definitely continue to come back! I also have bought a number of products from Glow Up’s skincare in store. All have been great :)

I had the Glow and Flow Gua Sha facial yesterday, and my face feels so fresh, soft, and hydrated. I did this facial with their skin tech, Jasmin, who was great at assessing my skin and providing recommendations for products I could use. My entire experience was so relaxing and top-notch. I highly recommend getting this facial and getting Jasmin as your skin tech. I can’t wait to come back again in the future!

I see Kaya for my lash extensions & Angelica for my brow threading & I am absolutely head over heels! The appointment was flawless & I felt so comfortable! They made sure to consult with me prior to treatment to really ensure the results I was trying to achieve! I can’t wait to come back! Went to Tyi for brow lamination and tint and was very pleased with how my brows turned out. It had been awhile since I had them done so they needed to be cleaned up. She kept giving me the mirror so I could confirm color and then shape/clean up so I was happy and not surprised at the end.

Ariel was so friendly, charismatic and caring. She took the time to build a relationship with me, determine my lash goals and what was best for my skin. The results of my lash lift and tint are AMAZING!! I am going on holidays next week and feel so much more confident knowing I’ll wake up with gorgeous natural lashes. I’m a redhead with naturally ginger lashes with blonde tips, and while they are long they are almost invisible to the naked eye. As soon as I got the lash lift and tint everyone commented on how bright my blue eyes look! Ariel made sure to continuously ensure I wasn’t experiencing burning or eye irritation since I have sensitive eyes (it was completely painless and comfortable) and they even checked on me the next day to ensure I was still happy with my results. As much as I’m tempted to, I can’t gatekeep how great Glow Up Studio is.

Awtee was my esthetician. She was absolutely amazing! She performed a detox facial and also did some extractions where I have larger pores. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. My face feels super hydrated.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where your valued as a customer and not being taken advantage of. I been coming here for about 3 years maybe longer. I never had trouble until 2 months ago. I was checking out and a man by the name James checked me out and charged me my monthly membership early which I did not mind, but 2 days later I get charged another membership price so I call and they let me know there was a mix up since one of my visits was marked as refill instead of a touch up since I came it less than 5 days after my refill appointment and they also have a separate charge for a touch up which is obviously not a full refill price. After considering the amount of times I have to come in just to keep my lashes I just decided to not go to them anymore and requested a refund since I was charged twice in 1 month for a membership. He said I could not get a refund since it is against their policy although I can get another service. So I decided to just get a lash lift. Here is the catch; you have to pay more now just get the service. So after a whole month of going back and forth with him he decides to give me a refund but to a card that is no longer active, even though I gave them the correct card originally and restated multiple times. So he tells me I should still get my refund the bank will just automatically transfer it to my new card, which I later find out through my bank that is not the case and they definitely had an option to refund it to my new card it’s simple thing. My bank filed a dispute which I am still currently waiting on and have not received my refund.

Chloe was great! I went in for a lash lift and a custom facial. She was so nice and extremely knowledgeable about each skin product and its benefits. I was a little nervous about the lash lift (I have never done anything to my lashes before), but she explained the process and put my mind at ease. My lashes have never looked better! I will definitely be back to see her again.
