I started getting facials with Anie at the UES location and love it (and her)! After one visit, my skin congestion is the best it’s been in months - Anie does an amazing job of reading my skins needs, tailoring each facial to be effective, and walking you through the entire process. Absolutely recommend!

The location is clean but the staff are unreliable and unhelpful. They canceled on me 2 months in a row last minute and I was unable to reschedule I the month given my schedule and short notice. Then I was a few minutes late to my appointment (but notified them) and they still canceled. I’ve now paid for 3 months and haven’t had the chance to get service. Not worth time or money.

It was a delightful experience. Simple and efficient process. Everyone was friendly. The technician gave me the best treatment. I loved the play by play, very relaxing, so I may have snoozed for some minutes. I can’t wait to go for my next treatment.

I absolutely love my monthly Glowbar appointments with Natasha - she makes my visit a highlight of my month! While working with her over the last several months, my skin concerns have improved substantially. Her expertise and guidance are always spot on, but they were especially life savers while I was trying to reverse some damage caused by a bad reaction to a recent medication. I don't know what I would have done without her. She has an answer to my every question and I feel like I'm in such incredibly great hands whenever I turn to her for advice, whether that's what would be best for my skin during a treatment or my at home routine. But beyond her skill and expertise, she is a complete delight and makes our appointments both relaxing and very, very fun. I'm always rejuvenated and in a great mood post-visit from laughing with her, on top of the great facial. I cannot say enough great things, I'd 100% recommend Natasha and Glowbar to anyone looking to add a little extra self care into their routine.

They rescheduled my original appointment the day of, because my requested esthetician couldn’t make it in. So I rescheduled at a later date with the same esthetician (confirmed by email). I showed up on time, but they called my name 10 min late AND gave me the wrong esthetician even though I had rescheduled just to get the person I want. Now I have to wait another 30min to get the person that I originally requested. The receptionist said there was a mix up and she had to move people around. I’m not coming to this location again.

Wonderful experience! My technician was super sweet and gentle with my face. The play by play was great so you were never surprised by what they would put on your face. Be careful not to fall asleep because you will be SO RELAXED.

I LOVE Glowbar! My friend told me about how she was receiving affordable facials every month and I had to experience it to believe it. This is a great option for someone on the go as the facial was a solid 30 minutes giving me enough time for the rest of my errands. Shataya M is INCREDIBLE! She greeted me with a warm smile and took me through a detailed consultation about my skincare goals and told me step by step what I would need and what products she was using. I also loved the feature of asking how comfortable I am speaking during my consultation. Since I had an 8AM appointment, I really appreciated I could enjoy my massage and rest while also being informed without feeling overwhelmed. I felt so clean after and didn’t experience any discomfort upon extractions. I was GLOWING immediately after my appointment! I will definitely have to come back!

Wonderful experience! My daughter brought me to Glowbar as her guest. I couldn't understand how a 30 minute facial could be beneficial and enjoyable - but KIMBERLY proved me wrong. I can't recommend her and the spa enough. I had such a lovely time and walked out the door feeling all clean and bright. I'll be back!

Ive been a member for over 1 year now and have never seen my skin look so good. It is a really reasonable price monthly and I make sure to never miss an appointment. I rotate between dermaplane & extractions/exfoliation and my skin is soo clear and my blemish marks have cleared dramatically.
