Odd we stopped by their location at 522 W San Francisco since we were in the area. Wanted to purchase services for my daughter. All doors to the building were locked even though the hours of operation said they should be open. Very strange.

I scheduled a chemical peel. I have only had one other facial so far. When we met she said that you don't start off with a chemical peel, and explained what was going on with my face. She made a tailored facial. I bought all my products to her to have her help me with a routine. If she sells products, they were not pushed on me to buy. She educated me on each of my products. Using her recommendation, my face is much better and feels clean. Definitely going back.

Alexis is very sweet and professional. She goes out of her way to give you advise on how to maintain your skins flawless. The facials are custom according to your skin type. Awesome service by Alexis! It is hard to get people from the beauty industry to respond to messages via Instagram, Facebook, etc., because they either don't accept them or they just don't want to bother responding to the million questions followers ask. Not Alexis. She responds. Maybe not right away, but she responds within that day, if not the next. Also, her space is clean, she is very professional, and my goodness does she work her magic with her facials. Best ever.
