The glue they used here was very cheap and low quality. It was very itchy and the eyelashes kept impinging on my eyes. They were very irritating and it ruined my natural lashes.

I've been to literally over 20 lash salons in NYC. GM Beauty is very clean, professional and friendly. Mandy is very sweet, gentle and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable and in good hands since I'm fairly picky. Their prices are competitive with most salons in the vicinity even without a Groupon. My lashes are pretty, the shape and length I wanted, no burning. Staff is very accommodating and they have a good 5 visit discount rate if you pay ahead. Will definitely return.

The staff was friendly and professional, and the office was clean and relaxing. My lash technician really listened to what I wanted and delivered perfect, natural-looking lashes. The whole process was comfortable and the results were great. I definitely recommend it!!!!!

I love this place! This was my first time getting eyelashes put on. I'm Asian and my lashes aren't long but Mandy was amazing. She was kind, patient, and it was a seamless process. I'll be going back there for sure. Ken was also awesome. I ended up having to reschedule twice and Ken was patient and understanding. The hospitality and the craftmenship, here, is unmatched.

I recently visited this place and had a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The salon is spotlessly clean that is creating a relaxing atmosphere. They offer wide variety of services too.

I get my facials done here and I always walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed. My skin feels awesome and glowy. With any facials, it’s important to keep expectations reasonable, and to just enjoy the experience. And i definitely enjoy my experience here

Looks really nice BUT they fall out so quickly. Very natural look and so gentle. But most of the lashes were gone in a week.

My eyelash extensions came off after 5 days. They are also too sparse. Not worth it. Groupon voucher also did not include an additional $5 in tax.

she did an okay job but did not give me what i asked for. I asked for cateye style but did not give me that. however she did give me lashes so i guess it’s good

i loved the result but they only lasted three days. all lashes fell right out. paid extra for special lashes and the tax. so sad because they were pretty.

I’m a loyal customer for 1 year Amazing experience every time. I recommend my favorite beautifier, Ivy (cat eye cashmere LASH Extensions) I usually fall asleep while she’s working… and wake up looking so much better :)

It was ok. I got the Groupon and went to give them a try. I’ve had my lashes done before and this place was not my favorite. The lashes to me felt a little sparse. Additionally, the woman doing my lashes left me on the table 3 or 4 times to pick up the phone. Her manners were also a little off- I felt like she was rushing me out of the store and she was not gentle while putting on the lashes.

Absolutely the best lash experience i’ve ever had. They were very welcoming and friendly. The service was very quick. The results of my lashes are astonishing. They’re exactly how i wanted them to be. The prices are the best there is. Be the next to get dolled up!!

Came here for a facial. RULE#1 of survival for us Broquė girls in the city is finding the best value for the $$ we pay. This is one of the spots. Making an appt is super easy for a millennial like myself-over texts Facial was 45min+ with acupressure massage of your face, extraction, probably like 7 different types of creams and lotions with steamer, and a mask. Just a standard facial with quiet CLEAN and comfortable atmosphere. The aesthetician makes you feel very comfortable and safe like I fell asleep.

Came here to get lash extensions for the first time and I couldn’t be more satisfied! When I got there, the two women helped me pick a style that would be noticeable but not too heavy (classic, 90-pieces, gorgeous style with 12 mm C curls). The whole process took about two hours and the actual lash application was so calming and gentle I almost fell asleep. With a $36 groupon, $5 groupon fee, and tip, I ended up paying $50 total which is the best price I've seen for lash extensions these days. And it’s been two weeks and most of the lashes are still intact! Would definitely recommend for affordable, long-lasting lashes.

Do not go to this place. I came here to get my lashes done for my destination wedding. I like to do lashes when I travel to save me time doing my daily make up. I asked for a whispey look. First, some of the previous commenters are right, the lady that does the lashes will stop in the middle of the process to answer the phone. Very unsanitary. My lashes came out looking spidery. And they got so much worse with time. By the time of my wedding (one week later) half of them had inverted! My make up artist kept trying to flip them and had to use some fake lashes to help but even she couldn't fix much of it. As a result my eyes look incredibly small because I could barely keep them opened as the inverted lashes kept going inside my eyeball. During my wedding! By the next week, figuring my honeymoon, it kept getting worse. "Thankfully" most had fallen off by then (only 2 weeks after my appointment) but the ones that hadn't had slid off the eyelash and were glued at the halfway point. And u can't take them off because somehow the glue is really strong after it slid off. Horrible experience for such an important event. Cannot believe their ratings online.

I came here because it was easy to schedule and close to my work. I met Ivy and Mandy today. They were super polite and welcoming. The atmosphere has a lovely aesthetic, calming music and very clean. They can speak both Cantonese and Mandarin as well. I felt comfortable there. I would come back, great hospitality.

I just received an eyelash extension from Ivy and she did a wonderful job! The procedure was very calm and relaxing - I almost hit deep REM sleep. She was extremely gentle and my lashes look amazing! Definitely going back.

I’ve stumbled upon a lot of lash salons in Manhattan and they always caused allergy on my eyelid. Not the case here, this place has super soft lashes and their technique is amazing. I can’t even feel the lashes, they’re so light. I also tried their facial which was very good too. Bought package and will visit regularly

Just had a great first experience with GM beauty studio! The appointment was super quick and efficient - 60 lashes in under an hour (40min) and the staff was great! I asked for something natural and effortless and that’s exactly what I got :) would come back again!

My daughter is a regular, she introduced me and now, I'm a regular. I LOVE Mandy and her staff. I feel so relaxed and at home with her. I walk out feeling beautiful with my lashes. The facility is very clean and has a very calming environment.

The studio was really nice, peaceful, and clean. They offered refreshments while I was filing out my information which I also found nice! I got a natural 60 piece set and it took less than an hour to do and in the end I loved the look of them. Definitely give them a try!!

They charged me extra money when i got there, saying taxes isn't included on the groupon prices. Also my lashes started falling off the very same day they were done.
