Edit- I’ve been getting my nails done with Jacey for a long while now and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful nail tech! Beautiful nails every time, and now they offer cat eye and jelly nails too. So pretty! I’ve been getting dip nails from Jacey for the past couple months and have been really happy with the results. I go every 3 weeks and nothing has lifted or broken in between. She frequently double checks that the shape and length is good. They don’t do 3D designs, chrome is extra. I usually call the morning of and see if there is an appointment available, but it seems like they have been quite busy so might be best to schedule an appointment in advance! In my experience I have not had to wait long at all to get seated when calling in advance. I’ll be coming back here for sure!

got a manicure here and accidentally chipped one of the nails within a week. they were SUPER accommodating and fixed it. also they did my nails beautifully :)

I got a gift certificate from them in 2021 and they told me they couldn’t take it because it was expired??? That’s how coupons work not gift certificates. Upsetting

We just moved to the area and I thought this would be a great spot. Unfortunately, it has issues. It’s very small and when I had called to make the appointment, I had asked if they could do an SNS manicure and pedicure at the same time. They said they could. So, when I got there, the woman who seemed to be in charge asked me to pick my toe nail color, so I know she knew I booked both. Then, Julie started on my nails and I figured they’d move me to a pedicure chair when they could. Julie was very nice and I thought did a good job, but took a full hour to do my nails and no pedicure. They then started to set up the pedicure and I said i had to go which is why I needed them done at the same time. No apologies, but the woman in charge said “I didn’t promise”, so I just said, “i asked for both when I made the appointment and whoever answered the phone said yes, so it’s kind of like a promise?” So, unless you have all day to spend here, I would try another place. Julie was very nice which is why I gave it 2 stars, but it’s only been 1 week and I have 2 broken nails, so you have to be very careful too.

Best dip mani and gel pedi I've gotten in Seattle! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. My new favorite nail salon, I will definitely be coming back 😊

I just want to say these ladies take really good care of you in a very amazing manner I never expected that , coming from another state, the service they provide was at a very affordable price, really the service you get here it’s amazing for a very great price I really love these ladies thank you ladies!! You made me come back every time, because I keep setting up an appointment every two weeks. Thank you ladies a you don’t know how awesome you are!!

I live in the neighborhood and have never been here before today. I got myself a deluxe pedicure (gel) and it was great. The people are really nice. The girl who take care of my Pedi was very attentive, made sure the heat was not more than I could bear with the towel, hot stones and the water. The deluxe Pedi includes mask, hot stone massage and a towel wrap along with what a regular Pedi offers. Am definitely going back.

This post is on behalf of mom who is a long time customer: I just had a wonderful pedicure at Gnails. The manicurist was professional and extremely patient as she battled my badly in need toe nails. The end result was a perfect pedicure. Beautiful work. The salon has a wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming. The salon is spotless and the owner is lovely to work with. I highly recommend Gnails. Definitely a 5 plus star experience.

I am very picky about mani/pedis and I have never had a single complaint after any service. Jacey does by far the best dip nails, very natural feeling and looking. I can't recommend this place enough.

I love 💕 the service here! They do such an amazing job. My dipping powder lasts for like a month. The girl who did my nails was really patient and detailed.I feel welcome and they do not over charge. Thank you so much for making me beautiful!

Updating my review from earlier. I tried out nail art for the first time, and was disappointed initially by the results. As soon as I posted a review, the salon reached out to correct the issue. I love the new nails, and I’m so impressed by their handling of the situation. They even stayed open late tonight to fix things because I have an early flight tomorrow. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend coming here. If you aren’t completely satisfied just make sure to speak up, they are very committed to customer satisfaction. I came for a mani // pedi. They were very kind to take me. I was in the neighborhood and loved their good reviews. I spent this fall caring for sick family members so I was especially looking forward to a little self care. The service itself was unfortunately very underwhelming and actually quite painful. The ladies were talking to each other and laughing and did not attempt to engage with me. I kept saying thank you and smiling to try and let them know I appreciated them. Their English was excellent so I wasn’t sure why they didn’t engage me in conversation. The technician who did the pedicure used a motorized tool on the tops of my nails. She went to get it from a shelf; the tool didn’t appear to be sanitized nor did the other manual tools used (didn’t see where they were stored so don’t know their sanitization process). Unfortunately, she pressed quite hard on my middle toe and broke the skin. When I very gently told her it was painful she replied, “yes, it broke the skin because there was a lot of dead skin.” I’m not sure why she was using this tool on my skin. I am quite certain it’s meant for buffing nails. She did not apologize which was just so bizarre. Just more laughing. I’ve been getting regular manicures and pedicures in Queen Anne and Ballard for two decades and have never had a painful one. The good thing about the location is it is very near Bartell Drugs so I was able to get Neosporin for my toe. I hope it heals without issue. The cost for the regular manicure and pedicure was $60. I did tip because Lunar New Year is coming and I wanted to be kind but I will not return to this business. It may be my experience is an outlier and if I returned I would love the service. There are too many other excellent spots with guaranteed fantastic service to try this spot a second time.

I'm posting this because I'm impressed with how long this gel polish has lasted. I got a pedicure done November 18th and it is now January 6th and I haven't had one single bit of polish chip off. Also the white still appears white after playing in the beach. This has been a problem elsewhere and the white turns into an ugly yellow, but that wasn't the case here. 🙂 The staff that helped me and my friend were also super sweet. They gave us both a good foot massage and made us comfortable. All the ladies here are kind and you can tell they really care about providing good service. I go back today for a second time and I'm really excited!

Love this place! The ladies are so nice. They do a great job and prices are reasonable! They treated my two-year-old daughter like a princess for her first mani/pedi (and only charged $10)!
